房子在韓樂坊鬧市區，環境臟亂差。
1. 日用衞生服務比較差，房主明知道我們定了兩晚的房，洗漱用品衹準備了一晚的，沒有孩子用的。
2. 衞生間沒有乾濕分離，也沒有刮水的工具，洗完澡就濕噠噠的，踩得到處都是。
3.桶裝水配的還是抽水泵，就連水杯也忘記準備，一次性水杯送過來的時候已經是晚上十一點了。
4. 垃圾也需要自己帶走，第一次住房間要自己清理垃圾，離譜但也尊重，垃圾都自己帶走了。
服務完全配不上這個價格！！在意入住體驗感的朋友可以避雷了。
PS:配一張截屏，煙台住的希爾頓，價格衹比這個民宿貴90元，但是包含了我們2大+2小的早餐，整體上價格是更實惠的，服務也很好。

環境好，衞生打掃得很好，特別乾淨，而且什麼都有，還有這個拖鞋質量都很好，長者孩子都特別滿意，尤其這個帳篷⛺孩子好開心。老闆人也是超好的，感覺山東人都特別好，真誠 熱情❤️

老闆特別友好，我定了兩天房，可是同一間房沒有連續的，他家這棟樓裏換另一層，然後早晨去劉公島我爸才發現他盤的兩個手串丟房間了，但是具體也不知道丟哪，老闆給找到了，非常感謝
換房間老闆給我行李拉過去，還幫我把潮衣服給曬了（當時我打包袋子很薄，我衹是讓老闆小心一點，衣服重，別給袋子拎破了，回頭不好拎）老闆非常細心，要曬衣服多，特地又給買了一把新衣服架子給送來
再説説客觀環境吧，這裏交通方便，下面零食店很多，不遠也有趙一鳴，早晨店也有，房間乾淨衞生，卸粧水都有，這真是齊全

這次入住體驗遠超預期，必須給滿分好評！
首先，管家服務堪稱貼心典範。從入住引導到日常需求響應都特別及時，主動發旅遊攻略，介紹周邊設施，甚至貼心提醒天氣變化，細節處的關懷讓人倍感温暖。
其次，酒店位置優勢太明顯。出門就是地鐵站，步行幾分鐘就能到商圈和景點，無論是觀光還是購物都格外方便，省去了大量通勤時間。
最後，衞生狀況無可挑剔。房間內床單被褥潔白無污漬，衞生間洗漱區一塵不染，連桌面、牆角這些細節都打掃得很乾凈，住得既安心又舒適。
下次來這座城市，一定還會選擇這裏！

真心不知道寫好評的這些遊客怎麼寫的，可能要麼別的房間好一點，我們定的雙卧房，應該是我住的最差的一家民宿了。衞生條件差的要命，特別是衞生間，淋浴房小的可憐，瓷磚縫隙都是黃黃的垢，馬桶上還有殘留的不知道是不是尿液，黃黃的液體狀水珠。衞生間一股子臭味，都不想踏進這個衞生間洗澡，硬着頭皮上。可能這裏的唯一優點就是離韓樂坊進了。還好衹是住一晚。
