비대면체크인이라 걱정했는데 호텔입구에 매니저가 나와서 키울 바로전달해주어서 바로체크인이가능했다 27층이라 시내전망및 바다가보인다 방도크고 좋아요화장실에는 세탁기도있어요

性價比很高，而且新開的公寓，設施新，衞生乾淨，還有洗衣機，樓下有商場，各種配套很齊全，吃飯購物都方便，離火車站也就2站路，到海邊也就1公里多，很方便！唯一一點是每層住户很多，電梯卻衹有3部，每次上下樓會等很長時間！

老闆人很好！因為是下午的車和老闆説了聲可以待到下午走，房間也很乾凈周圍環境也很好，離景點也近下次來威海還住，因為喜歡住軟床和老闆説了聲床很舒服，性價比很高！

環境：乾淨整潔，設備都是新的，空間也大。設備：設施齊全，洗衣機電視熱水器空調都有。服務：迴應快，溝通都很順暢。位置：靠近海濱，可以步行去沙灘

房間位於旁邊寫字樓，電梯需要電梯卡才能上去，很安全。你房間整體空間非常寬敞明亮，衞生用品都是一次性的，很乾凈整潔。
設施：沙發、座椅、電視、洗衣機配置齊全。
服務：老闆人真的特別好，當天到的比較晚，老闆很耐心的指導入住流程。第二天退房返程時，在樓下商場買東西，行李箱忘在商場外面了，到家晚上十點多才發現。聯繫了老闆，老闆二話沒説就幫忙聯繫商場的商家及物業，終於在十二點多找到了行李箱還幫忙郵寄。真的特別感謝老闆！在威海很難找到性價比這麼高的民俗了，推薦大家入住。

房間很大很寬敞，新的房子也比較乾淨，睡覺枕頭被罩啥的是一次性的，挨着商場，吃飯購物方便。缺點就是頂樓颳風下雨天，廚房抽油煙機管道噪音有點兒大

衞生太差 拖過的地都有印記 衞生間和冰箱都不乾淨 還有異味 房間梳洗工具也不齊全！房間抽屜裏都有好多用過的雜物 慎重選擇！
