I am not very satisfied because the room price is relatively high, but the service and environment are not up to such high standards. There are no paper towels in the room. It is rare that a room with more than 400 yuan is not equipped with paper towels! As house prices increase, services must also be improved, otherwise customers will really be dissatisfied. In addition, the room was a bit small, and the bathroom did not have dry and wet separation. After taking a shower, the floor was covered with water, even the roll paper was wet, and the washbasin had a lot of oil stains!

The facilities are average and the service attitude is extremely poor. On the first day, I was told that I could check out at 1pm. On the second day, I was urged to check out at 12:30 and even charged a late fee. They said that the checkout on Ctrip was for 12pm. The first day I asked Why didn't you make it clear? We can also make arrangements in advance. The bathroom floor drain is high and does not allow water to flow down, but the room still smells bad.

酒店門口就有停車位，離景點也都不遠，非常方便，前台服務很熱情，主動幫我們介紹景點，房間很乾凈，阿姨打掃的很仔細，衞生間也很乾凈整潔，退房時候前台非常有禮貌的告別，大堂乾淨整潔明亮，合作的早餐廳也很乾凈，味道也很好，下次來威海還住這家。

非常好的一次入住體驗，價格實惠，前台服務態度特別好，熱情好客，門口就有停車位，離景點也都不遠，非常方便，大堂乾淨明亮，帶着孩子前台小哥哥還送了小禮物，房間打掃的很乾凈，衞生間也乾淨整潔，床單被套也平整乾淨，整體乾淨沒有異味，平時晚上喜歡喝點茶水這次出門忘了帶茶葉，跟前台小哥哥説還特意去幫我們拿了些茶葉，合作的早餐廳也很乾凈，種類很多，味道不錯，非常推薦。
