I returned to my room at three o'clock in the afternoon. When I arrived at the floor and the elevator opened, I saw the cleaning lady sitting on the corridor floor.

The worst Orange Hotel I have ever stayed in. The cleaning staff secretly took my room card; the elevator was broken and the response was very slow; the parking lot did not open after check-out; the cleaning was messed up; the water ran out and it took several times before it was delivered; there is no sense of service.

The parking lot was told to be inspected and not allowed to be used. I failed to lift the lever three times when entering and exiting the hotel. I was blocked at the door and couldn't get in or out of the hotel. The elevator broke down twice. Really speechless.
