房型和商家展示圖不一樣， 圖片靠窗的床很大，實際也就1.7米，而且床很硬！説是海景房也不是，一點海都看不見！樓下很吵！虛假宣傳，建議整改～

民宿特別乾淨，環境也很好洗衣機冰箱都有，老闆娘和老闆人超級超級超級好，還給我推薦好吃的和遊玩攻略，地理位置主要還方便，離威海站特別近，逛景點也很方便，下次冬天再去威海必須還住山海民宿。忘了拍民宿的照片，光拍海邊了。

兩分是給公寓裝修和地理位置的，
1當初界面寫的免費停車，然後到了是路邊的停車，然後第二天就改成沒有免費停車了。
2第二是老闆人不行，整個公寓都停電了，等了2個小時，大熱天的，沒有空調，不能洗衣服，還不退款，還讓旅客跟公寓物業去聯繫，這邏輯真可怕，我定的酒店的服務讓我去聯繫物業。。。
還好最後攜程都看不下去了，補了我錢。
3.界面目前是沒有要按金的，到了要收按金。

非常好，老闆娘嘎嘎熱情，房間很大也很乾凈，性價比很高可以做飯，有廚具衹需要自己買食材和特殊材料，離威海站很近，離大相框公園1公里，下次來還住這裏。

應有盡有，房間裏東西特別齊全，廚房還備有各種鍋以及廚具調味品，房東姐姐性格特別好，很有親和力，特別招人喜歡，租車可以找房東姐姐，樓下就可以租車房間裝修風格也比較精緻，氛圍感很強，地理位置比較方便，距離環海路、大相框、幸福門、威海站很近，入住體驗很奈斯，要不是有時間時間緊張肯定會多住些日子

威海的海很乾凈！在晴天是果凍海，玻璃海。太美了！最美海源公園。長者和孩子都玩的很開心。幾乎所有的海邊景點都是免費，打車也很方便便宜。沒有出現打不到的情況。威海本地人也特別親切真誠！民宿離威海大相框和悦海公園很近，步行即可。離火車站，韓樂坊，塔山早市三公里。房間密碼門鎖，出入方便。用電用網智能。房間裝修有格調，無論是住宿用品還是廚房用品極其齊全。洗衣機和空氣炸鍋都是驚喜的出現。大床很舒服，還有一個榻榻米。一家人出行不二之選。房東姐姐熱情，人很好！推薦景點和飯館，還送了牛奶和本地的桃子。租電動車買海蔘也可以找房東小姐姐。

房間乾淨，也很温馨，房主人很好，而且房間裏面各種東西都有。就在市區，離悦海公園和威海公園都很近。旁邊有公交站，非常方便。

店家小姐姐非常非常的熱情，我説想吃點特色的美食兒，給我推薦了好多家店，而且還很細心的跟我講解都是什麼美食，房間進去給人一種很舒適温馨的感覺，各種設備都很齊全，尤其是床墊睡起來很舒服，一看店家小姐姐就是喜歡高生活品質的。
