民宿位置挺好的，就在海邊，寧靜，是整個小區裏面有園中園，安全性高，但是也可以叫***送到門口。去其他地方打個車就可以了，小區門口打車挺方便。小區門口的超市旁有自助***租車，方便，可以開小電動去買海鮮回來煮。房間裏有炊具廚具（除了筷子匙羹）。房間熱水充足，空調強勁。房間的裝修用品挺好的，講究。在陽台就可以看日出，看完還可以回房間睡個回籠覺🤗

小區環境很好、樓下就是海邊～一起床就可以看見日出呀～在這裏住了三天、交通很便利、小區門口有小超市和租電動車的地方～房東大哥也很好、屋裡炒雞乾淨、準備的東西也很齊全、以後來威海還會住在這裏噠

我先説一下這個房子性價比很高，大哥是個人房東，在這裏投資房產，也不為賺錢。人也比較隨和。基本上有求必應的。
第二我建議大家來的時候自帶一次性衞生用品，因為房間裏我去的時候牙刷是開口的，杯子裏有不少水漬，許多東西不如酒店方便。建議大家自帶或者先去購買一些刷牙的東西、一次性紙杯、拖鞋、一次性床單、蚊香片等等。
第三這裏做飯很方便，這是我入住這最開心，正好趕上了威海開海，但是注意房東這裡是沒有調料的，油、鹽這些大家可以自帶或者去樓下超市買。房間雖不大，也有一個摺疊餐桌，很温馨。
第四這兒看大海很美。大哥的房子是最好的位置。就躺在床上可以看到大海很治癒。

陽台海景絕了 在沙發床上躺着就能看日出 小區後面就是海 晚上從後門出去可以順着海邊散步 周圍坐公交也很方便 離劉公島碼頭 威海公園大相框都很近 屋裡設施齊全 可以做飯 晾衣架什麼的都有 帶爸媽出來旅行 住得很舒服 以後再來還住這裏

打開房門第一眼就看到了超美的海景，在房間裏即可觀看絕美的日出。周圍十分便利，離各個景點都很近，樓下就是威海公園。

地理位置非常方便，在威海公園旁，沿着威海綠道步行或者騎電瓶車，可以打卡威海公園、悦海公園、海上公園、九龍灣公園，離劉公島景區也很近。小區門口有公告車站，出行便利。
可以直接看到大海的陽台，足不出户早上就可以看到日出，體驗感不錯。樓下513咖啡是本地網紅咖啡店，景色很美，咖啡也不錯，可以打打卡，沿着咖啡店旁邊的小道可以直接走到海邊散散步，吹吹風，喂喂海鷗～小區裏面有超市、葯房、社區食堂、還有租電動車的，真的很方便。
