這也是閨蜜介紹我的，她七月份來的覺得很不錯推薦給我了，當時沒來之前各種擔心交通不便利，來了後首先房間給人很舒服温馨的感覺，特別適合一家人住，讓人有種在家的感覺，環境衞生很乾凈，還能自己在家裡燒，門口六百米就有一個超美的沙灘，小朋友玩的可開心了🥳。門口公交也很便利幾乎幾個熱門景點都能去到。而且房東很熱情對於每一個問題都回答到位，是一個很不錯的選擇。

近金沙灘海灘，電梯房，停車方便並且免費，房間性價比超高，因為有事耽誤了，和房東商量晚點退房很爽快的答應，下次再來住。

房間很大 卧室有一張大床 客廳有一張大高低床 隨隨便便都能容納6個➕的人～還有大圓桌 廚房炊具也很全 推薦家庭出遊哦～

房間住的很舒服，有家的感覺，離金沙灘很近，每晚都會去海邊散步，周邊有超市，還有海鮮市場。房主也很熱情周到。旅程很愉快。

房間乾淨衞生，廚房設施齊全方便做飯，電梯門禁系統安全便捷，免費停車，離金海灣沙灘很近，在哈工大旁邊，屬於網紅打卡地！房東人很好，下次還會光顧！

距離金海灘特別近，雖然入住後遇到點小問題，但是房東很負責也很熱心，屋裡一張上下鋪一張沙發床，有廚房可以做飯！
