房間很小，客服服務真差，下了單一上午過去了都沒人聯繫我給我入住訊息，還要我打電話過去，晚上累了一天停車也不方便等了半天才進停車場，第二天8點保安就電話吵醒要移車，真是氣**，衞生間也小的可憐 洗澡和馬桶在一起，體驗真不爽

服務很好，離威海站很近，酒店地理位置非常好，離海邊很近，樓下就有租小電驢的，騎着幾分鐘就到海邊，離韓樂坊也非常近，床墊也非常舒服，還有全自動洗衣機，真是太方便了！推薦！

店長服務意識很強，對於周邊的旅遊給出了實質性一鍵，果斷續租了一晚，房間配套齊全，唯獨沒有鍋具，不然就去買點海鮮自己蒸了。給5星好評，推薦推薦！！

窗外就是海上公園，環境衞生，服務熱情，我們到的早，也會早早的給我們安排房間，讓我們放行李，公寓裏什麼都有冰箱洗衣機投影集成電磁爐，超級無敵好的性價比，樓下租電動車非常方便，租車的大哥也很可愛，很滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦推薦

性價比肯定是很可以了。當時候一個人去旅遊，房間的大小和配置相比同價格的酒店簡直太好了，房間很大，窗外風景也可以，而且樓下就有租電動車的，相比別家的算便宜了。是我住過所有酒店裡最好的，比它貴的酒店都沒這家酒店大（可能是威海人少，便宜吧！）
一點不好的就是當時房間不夠，我大早上火車到的，在一個小房間裏等了很久
（真的很喜歡威海，下次還去，就是景點之間距離比較遠，騎小電驢的話不太OK，風忒大！）

服務意識差 房間極其不隔音 房間窗簾也掉 床墊也不太好 房間破舊
隔壁大半夜吱吱呀呀的 帶着孩子真是體驗感非常差
讓前台麻煩協調下 人家不管 説隔壁不是她們的房間
沒有停車位 停車困難 服務意識也不太好
評分與實際體驗完全不符 也就值80塊錢一晚上 根本不值三四百
不會再去
