The service and sanitation are good, but there are still some shortcomings in facilities. Details are as follows. I hope to improve. 1. There is no obvious sign on the elevator entrance of the parking lot indicating the floor where the hotel front desk is located. After entering the elevator, pressing the 12th floor button did not work. I had to press the 1st floor button. When I stepped out and took a look, I realized that the front desk was on the 1st floor. 2. The water drain of the wash basin is in the form of a flip plate (see picture), which cannot be fixed. When washing, it is often turned over to block the drain outlet, causing water accumulation, and I have to constantly pull it out with my hands. 3. There is a long wooden board above the toilet, and the distance from the top of the toilet tank is small. The flush button of the tank is on the top of the tank. When the toilet lid is open, you have to fumble to press the flush button (see picture).

I said the air conditioner was not cold. Uncle told me that the air conditioner would not provide cold air from 3am to 9am. . Oh my God! No wonder it's so hot, I just want to wake up in the morning and use an air conditioner. In the end, there were nearly 20 people in our party. In the end, everyone decided to change the hotel as a whole, as long as they have air conditioning!
