This trip I stayed in a business suite, which was very clean and spacious. The smart control Xiao-Du in the room was very novel and easy to use, which was a very good experience. The food in the restaurant was very diverse and the breakfast was very rich. The experience of living here this time was very good, highly recommended!

The location is top (next to everything), the hostesses were at the top from the beginning to the end of the stay (available and listening if necessary), the cleanliness of the hotel (thanks to the housekeepers). The room is very clean and the hotel breakfast is also very good. There are four bottles of water in the room, which is very friendly to people who like to drink water. I will choose this place next time I go to Weifang. There is a food street on the right turn of the hotel. The Japanese food stores are pretty good🌳, and there is also a tea shop that is not bad👍

The front desk service was warm and the afternoon tea coupon was specially sent. Room facilities, the interior of the room is good, the hotel location is slightly weaker, and there are not many dining around. The parking lot is very general, especially the basement, very shabby. The license plate was recorded, and the parking fee of 40 yuan was deducted the next day. ETC was deducted, and there was no time to respond. Although the hotel dealt with it, it was still a bit lame.

A little further east is the Gudemao Shopping Mall. Eating and shopping are very convenient. Service: The staff are very friendly and provide fruit. Manting Leisure Living Room: The leisure living room on the first floor is very good, as well as coffee and snacks.

It was the previous hotel brand that was changed to the current Licheng brand. The overall service has not been converted. The check-in experience is average, the location is relatively biased, and the surrounding facilities are not good. Breakfast and so-called afternoon tea, the dining venue is small and the style is small, and the positioning of the hotel brand is in urgent need of strengthening and improvement. The front desk service is OK, more enthusiastic.

Came to Weifang to watch the Kite Festival and stayed here. The overall design is very good, the room is spacious, and there is always coffee and snacks in the lobby, which is really to my liking. Moreover, when there are so many people, the hotel did not raise the price during the Kite Festival, which is very conscientious. The price of more than 200 yuan is like staying in a star hotel. Finally, I would like to praise the service. The service way of Shandong is to help you arrange and do everything well, making people feel comfortable.

What a memorable experience with amazing friendly staff who fully understood the words customer service. Despite the language barrier the staff went the extra mile to accommodate my family. Throughout our stay the friendliness staff checked in with us to ensure that we having the best time ever….The hotel was spotless and it has such a romantic/ family feeling to it which is something we embrace as foreigners. I will definitely recommend this H-Hotel to everyone I know. Keep it up and I hope your boss recognises your hard work.
