多次預訂了，地段設施都很好，洗衣房是洗烘一體的，洗衣服很方便，對面就是佳樂家，餐飲以及很多小吃，晚上旁邊有夜市，挺好的

優：這個酒店應該是24年的你好1.0版本，整體比較新，衞生也還不錯，裝修風格比較年輕化，稍有不足是沒有健身房。早餐還是比較不錯的，葷素都有，雞蛋牛奶麪包餅油條豆漿都很充足，打滷麪不錯。
劣：
❶設施：房間內水壺部件有損壞，導致無法使用。
❷環境：僅限近期。酒店前面道路在修路，打車一定要提前和司機説明位置，最好定位在馬路另側的佳樂家附近。本人在考試期間打車定位在酒店，兩次司機均到達酒店右側的小路上，但是酒店右側僅有一個車輛刷卡可通過的門，行人無法通過。保安大叔説無法開門，行人不能通過。比較耽誤事，也比較影響心情。
❸服務態度。男生前台還不錯，但是有一種女生前台有待加強。有可能此行是通過攜程第三方平台訂房的緣故。從辦理入住起，女生前台就説滿房了，衹能安排在電梯旁邊房間。後面又説，如果辦理會員可以調換升房，送早餐延遲退房等。雖然本人可以接受那個房間，但是話頭前後矛盾讓人聽了不太舒服。且沒有説明早餐相關事宜，後經過諮詢攜程客服才有人打電話來説明早餐事宜。
❹關於延遲退房。通常情況下，大多數酒店尤其是華住會旗下酒店都會同意客户較短時間內的延房需求。但是這家酒店在諮詢時，前台開始熱情的説可以，衹要辦理會員。在明確表示近期無此需要後，前台改變話術説也可以，一小時20元，按小時續。前後話術轉變哈哈，很敬業！
❺機器人送物效率低。不知酒店有幾個機器人負責這幾層樓的送物任務，但是效率確實有些低。其中對本人造成影響的就是外賣於晚上7點15經配送員送至酒店前台後，配送員告知放在前台一會機器人送上去，但是實際外賣於7點49才送達房間。送到後，外賣已變涼變坨。半個多小時時間裏前台無一通電話告知送物時間或協商取物的方式。根據涼掉的晚飯推知應該也沒有保温箱暫存外賣。
❻衞生：放置牙膏牙刷的盒子裏有一空的牙刷袋，明顯是上一客户走後未清乾淨，這種細節還是需要注意一下，影響整體感觀。
最後，希望該酒店提升一下服務吧。畢竟華住會旗下酒店服務方面也是很大的競爭力。

房間中規中矩，標準的華住水準！開業一年，設施挺新，衞生不錯！衞生間馬桶非智能，但值得表揚的是浴房密封很好！一點也不會濺到外面！早餐沒有咖啡、酸奶和麪包機！其他都有！味道中規中矩！前台服務不錯，小妹妹很熱情！

前台很熱情，服務不錯。地理位置也還不錯，對面有超市，附近吃的也比較多。停車也比較方便，新開的酒店，房間裏面比較乾淨。
