首先服務非常好，但是提前打電話告知沒有大床房，要在攜程上關房，需要預訂更貴的房間。後面我衹直接在攜程預訂後直接過去又有房間了，開房後馬桶圈上有尿漬，浴巾明顯用過，打電話後告知做衞生的阿姨可能忘記收拾了給換了一間，衞生好多了，但是依舊非常冷，沒有空調也沒有電熱毯，是凍鼻頭的程度，但是不得不説，服務態度真的非常好。

感覺並不愉快，定的房型和實際入住的並不相符，和商家反應後才退差價晚上冷，衞生也不怎麼好
