The hotel door is about 200 meters away from the lobby. Cars can't go in, and the battery car doorman at the door is also ineffective. In addition, I set off fireworks around, and all the dirty things fell on the table. I got sick from eating and I don't know if the hotel is responsible for it~ It's really eye-opening! ! ! I really recommend everyone to stay in this so-called "five-star" hotel; in the end, it is the most shocking room in our hotel. I will sum it up in three words.

酒店性價比不高，也是十一小高峯緣故吧。不配這個價錢。下次換地方！ 餐廳配置能力明顯是個瓶頸，大家起大早排隊等位子，然後在景區路上繼續堵，這一點酒店餐廳不及格！但口味還是不錯的，羊雜湯，麪檔的酸菜湯很贊。西餐區差一點，設施不夠跟不上速度，麪包口味不好，還不如換成蒙古酥油餅呢，華夫餅鐺總壞，味道挺好就是不容易吃到嘴。 房間還不錯，第一晚水不熱，後來三晚就好了，可惜沒有浴缸，大風吹一天了回來給孩子泡泡澡最好。 服務員粗心，收拾房間後總得忘點啥，導致晚上回來現叫地墊，毛巾什麼的。 一天一盤水果量挺足的。 晚餐自助還是算了吧 味道不太行，烤全羊像是煮的呢？一點燒烤味道都沒有。 迎賓茶飲區佈置的周全就是沒有人服務，孩子們很亂，地上撒的黏黏糊糊的，最終也沒喝上。 健身房沒有工作人員，地上好多死蒼蠅，桌球設施破舊，讓人看着感覺不好。 酒店位於濕地公園畔，可惜公園沒開，棧道年久失修的樣子，距離烏蘭布統40分鐘路程吧，多倫湖也是40分鐘，位置算居中的了。 附近有個國家訓練基地，所以周邊不是小鎮的感覺，路燈很亮，道路寬闊，這附近也衹此一地了，還有幾個小鎮感覺強烈的地方倒是可以再試一下

對酒店硬件和服務都非常滿意，服務人員特意打來電話，主動升級房間，十一假期過後，雖然客人少了，但酒店人員服務的熱情絲毫不減，尤其早餐非常豐盛，管家小崔和前台愛娜非常細心周到，臨走時贈送了伴手禮，很感動，必須好評。

應該是御道口風景區最好的酒店了，房間內設施是五星級標準，每個房間配一個觀景陽台，夜裡仰望草原璀璨的星空，觀流星劃過銀河之際。 但是深夜停電這一點太扣分了，據説是跳閘了，沒有備用電源，而且沒有工作人員在前台接電話回答疑問，那晚整整停電了一小時後，才斷斷續續恢復供電。希望以後電力供應方面要改善。另外，健身房也麻煩升級一些配套。 特別提出表揚的是管家崔經理，不光是為我們協調房間，而且為我們靜心製作了旅遊攻略，幫我們節約了很多時間，在御道口旅遊有了一個較完美的體驗。

1570塊大洋一晚的酒店，並沒有讓我感受到值這個價錢。酒店外部環境優雅還不錯。停車場在外面，停好車後拿着行李往裡走去辦入住，一路拉着行李也沒個小車接應，太不方便了。辦入住的樓，一進門就有漂亮小姐姐拿着哈達歡迎我們，這也是我唯一感受到值1500的地方。辦完入住後，拉着行李又往住的地方走去，又走了老遠。終於到房間啦，打開門撲面而來的是浴室地漏反味的氣味兒，打開燈映入眼簾的是電暖器，沒有空調靠電暖器取暖。衞生間洗手枱地上是一衹死蒼蠅，卧室地毯上有死的蟑螂空殼，往裡走窗簾上是一衹在爬的蟑螂。本以為這些夠糟糕，到了晚上12點結果還停電，屋裡一片漆黑，聯繫了工作人員，説是政府電路檢修，一直到1點37才來電，房間也沒有應急燈。第2天一早我們6點多退房，前台沒人，等了半天才有人從裏面出來。一次難忘的五星級酒店體驗。相比此處的JL，價位差不多，由於行程原因，我們在JL入住了一晚，沒有對比沒有傷害。

在御道口國家一號風景大道上的蒙族風格酒店，環境與服務還有設施都是國際標準，自助餐廳裏就能品嚐到烤全羊，大堂裏還沒有舞者💃的蒙族舞蹈表演，還有八旗文化的歷史展覽，對了，家人的首飾遺落在酒店房間，隨後酒店管家麗娜就聯繫到我，讓我們對這次十一之旅不留一點遺憾！
