家一樣的感覺！老闆，前台服務人員非常專業地接待每一位顧客，熱心服務，真誠款待安排服務人員幫助提行李，非常感謝🙏房間乾淨衞生，衞生間沒有異味，這價位非常OK了。停車很方便，周邊超市，飯點很多，值得入住。特此推薦給全國遊客們。

酒店在機械林場附近，周邊吃飯的地方很多，物美價廉，酒店房間略小，廁所反味，老闆非常熱情，給介紹附近的景點。

嚴重失信！預訂房間被擅自轉讓，體驗極差！非常失望的一次住宿經歷！提前一週精心挑選並預訂了這家酒店，滿懷期待地到達後，卻遭遇商家單方面違約，將我的房間私自轉給他人，這一行為不僅違背了基本的商業誠信，更是對消費者權益的嚴重侵害。初到現場，商家非但沒有積極解決問題，反而隨意安排至一家環境極差的旅館，其設施陳舊，衞生狀況堪憂，與原先預訂的完全不符，價格更是低廉許多，卻拒絕退還任何差價，讓人難以接受。幾經交涉，雖然更換了另一家住宿，但整個過程中商家的態度和處理方式令人心寒。新住宿雖稍有改善，但商家對於價格的解釋前後矛盾，先是謊稱新住宿價格高於原訂，後又改口稱因私人關係才得以優惠，這種自圓其説的行為，更顯其缺乏誠信與專業。在此，我強烈建議未來有住宿需求的旅客謹慎選擇此商家，以免重蹈覆轍。對於此次經歷，我將保留進一步維權的權利，也希望平台能加強監管，保護消費者的合法權益，讓誠信經營成為行業共識。總之，這不僅僅是一次簡單的住宿不滿，更是對商家職業道德的深刻質疑。希望所有商家都能以此為鑒，誠信經營，方能贏得顧客的心。

酒店位置還不錯，周邊比較繁華，在塞罕壩服務區中心位置。停車方便，房間面積還可以。但很明顯KTV改造，希望店家有精力的情況下還得提升一下房間設施。增加一下服務員德數量，提升服務質量

房間很小，衞生間反味，門口的射燈一直閃，關了燈全滅，店家説下班了沒人修，我們要求卸下這個燈泡，不閃就行，吃個飯回來還是閃，別的都能忍，閃瞎我的眼沒法忍。還好有空調，要不這一宿咋整，在小鎮上有空調的住宿很少，但是我住的房間問題很多，可能十一期間人太多了，沒人解決問題，忍一宿過去吧！

位於機械林場入口紅綠燈附近，交通樞紐，吃住都在客棧，住店吃飯優惠多多，烤羊腿超讚！
老闆娘表示明年會在院內增加充電樁，方便新能源自駕，更加出行無憂。十一假期旁邊君悦酒店國家電網充電樁異常緊張，老闆娘説到院裏充電，自備插座版充電槍即可，3KW補電沒有問題。目前旁邊5公里雁鳴湖酒店停車場有7KW慢充樁，百度，高德都顯示不出來，急需的可以去。
家庭房房間很大，有空調取暖。
