沒有熱水拖鞋，早上還停電，衞生極差。服務態度差，隔音不好，早上服務員就敲門讓你儘快退房，設施老舊，特別臟。

原以為預訂的是圍場盛泰大酒店，到了被告知是他們的西區，其實是幾棟宿舍樓。我們被安排在三樓（沒電梯），對兩個80多歲的長者來説很不容易。室內的床鋪雖然鋪好了，但怎麼看都像剛睡過人。地面和衞生間發現了好幾衹已經死掉的不知名黑色甲殼蟲。衞生間地面還有大量頭髮！此時正值巴黎奧運會，在我的要求下，來了兩名所謂工作人員（更像社會閑散人員），也沒有調出中央五或其他體育台，最後不得以放棄。這是我帶長者和孩子自駕遊的第一天，衹能強自調整心態，期待下一個酒店能稱心一些了…

訂房的時候千萬要看清，別訂公寓樓的這種，公寓樓房間的衞生間裏都是蟲子，卧室裏也有，真是這一路住的環境最差的一個，還五百多塊，真要避雷

酒店選錯，還真是自己不慎。訂前看到有1分差評，説酒店用公寓當客房。我想4星酒店，再差，肯定比民宿強，但真不是，差，很差，非常差! 一個500+元的精品雙床：房間不在酒店（旁邊民房），房間小，沒有空調（攜程已提醒，沒有吹風機，濕頭髮8°C下的感覺，想象下），毛巾浴巾用紙巾替代（漲見識，沒敢用），馬桶壞的（上門皮搋子捅），沒有床頭控制，衞生間沒有排風扇（上大號，氣味散很久），床裂的，水盆壞的...。問客服要的吹風機，走了都沒見着，催兩次，自己都煩了。上圖，訂房前，三思再三思，切勿被所謂的4星誤導，做好心裏建設再訂。

攜程的服務和當地的和當地的酒店嚴重不符，當地酒店拒不配合攜程的人員調節，這邊的當地人服務意識非常差，當地人酒店的人非蠻橫無理，酒店的前台都是一些年齡特別小的兼職的男生，溝通能力差，服務意識差，暑期短工態度非常不好👎。再説住宿條件根本不是圖片上的酒店，是旁邊的小區理的公寓，公寓都是沒賣出去改成的客房，三樓，沒有電梯 ，需要扛箱子，裏面各個角落都是灰，大家住之前一定要問好精品和豪華的區別、早餐28非常難吃，基本什麼也沒有。建議住的離開酒店吃早餐

房間出乎意料的好，很上檔次，價格合理，周圍安靜環境也好，酒店旁邊還有個沙灘遊樂場，有河邊乘涼的帳篷和躺椅，來草原住的最好的一家酒店，住了兩晚，第二天玩完又折回去住了一晚，晚上還有煙花，很賽，衹有過年才能看到的煙花在草原看了個夠，哈哈，但是早餐結束有點早，8:30結束，我們以為9:30結束沒趕上，但是餐廳的大姨很好，給我們拿了四個雞蛋一些煮玉米紅薯小饅頭還有一盤八寶醬菜拿回房間吃，入住的朋友看好時間別耽誤吃早飯哦，第二天早上趕上吃早飯了，早飯質量一般酒店需要提高豐富一下，但是值得説的是草原的酒店沒幾家帶早餐的，幾乎都是無早餐，所以還是給五星好評。

酒店出行便利，免費停車。房間乾淨，安靜。早餐挺豐富。適合帶長者孩子。床也很舒服，屬於稍軟的床墊。還有湖泊沙灘草地免費遊玩，酒店大氣。前台服務很好。耐心解答，還有導引服務。

可能我住的那個房間有問題，枕套有一片臟，孩子進去説床上有床，我第一個洗澡，洗的時候發現下水堵了，洗漱池裡麪也有一很大的蟲子。洗澡間特別小，無法轉身，衹要動一下就會碰到水龍頭就關了。
電視遙控壞的，客服換了一個。洗漱間下水幫忙通了。入住過的酒店中唯一一家沒有吹風機，實在不想一而再再而三找客服。
早餐更是一言難盡，對河北的四星級酒店快絕望了，比不上其他地方的三星級早餐，不説種類很少，桌子都沒人收，人去了坐都沒法做。硬件軟件都有待提升
地點也很偏，不過酒店外面場地很大，有演唱，可以放煙花。

盛泰酒店服務太差了，前台服務差，早餐服務差，座機是壞的，早餐酒店產品裏介紹是7到9點，8點半過去吃説是過點了，沒有一樣是滿意的，隔音效果特別差，門關的聲音超級響
