酒店可能是御道口最好的酒店。
零下30度屋裡地暖非常熱乎，硬件設施非常齊全，條件也非常好。員工熱情周到，老闆大氣。關鍵是酒店前山後景，非常漂亮，院內停車方便，真火車佈景非常出片！
特別要表達感謝的是，我們玩雪過程中天黑車陷在大峽谷附近，酒店老闆員工，熱情出車組織協助脱困，忙活幾個小時，讓我們非常感動。零下二十度的氣温，大家比保險公司都熱情，真是言語表達不出來的情感。
冬天來玩雪，選火車酒店入住，家庭，越野愛者最佳選擇！絕對沒錯！

房間硬件設施很棒，地暖給力。自有園區很大，適合家庭親子休閑遊玩，希望多向客人介紹自己擁有的設施設備，以便充分享受這些配套的服務。建議假期期間適當延長早餐時間，這樣可以適當分散人流密度，會加分不少。

設施：相對來説設施有點小舊 門閂是壞的 屋內還有一塊牆板是脱落的 整體乾淨 主要是平米也大
衞生：不知道為什麼牙膏不是一次性的 是全部用户通用的
環境：加分項是酒店裡的小小動物園 運氣好的話可以看到很多小鹿 羊駝 在路上自己覓食 可以温柔的投喂
服務：服務整體不錯 笑臉相迎

優點:看着像老牌國營酒店，建築很厚重，隔音效果比快捷酒店好很多。
很大，有火車，遊樂場，不出酒店也有很多娛樂設施，適合親子
有小鹿跟羊駝散養在園區裏，很有意思。
缺點:早餐特別次，種類很少很少，去的晚了連筷子都沒有
服務是真不行，三天沒給打掃，家庭房住了兩大兩小就兩床被子，想再要一床好話説盡就不給

這次得先感謝攜程，遇到特殊情況後，幫我們找到了這個房間。總體來説住宿環境很好。尤其是酒店的動物園超級棒，可以和梅花鹿，羊駝親密接觸。房間內設施挺好，很乾凈。可能是因為旅遊旺季，個別服務員的態度有瑕疵，但也是最後能解決問題。

服務很好，幫忙引導及搬運行李，剛開始的房間窗户小，幫我們更換了更大的房間。酒店小動物園也很好玩，特別是有梅花鹿跟羊駝🦙，可以跟人互動。晚上有演出及篝火晚會，還有湖邊棧道，是個夏天避暑遊玩的好地方。

到店的時候比較晚了，工作人員給升級了家庭房，非常感謝！工作人員也很熱情，前台的經理（男），文質彬彬，快速解決客户的實際問題與需求；工作人員牛先生也是，有很強的服務意識，給人以賓至如歸之感覺…後面還有動物園，小朋友一定喜歡，唯一拖後腿的就是餐飲，早餐一般般，第二天早餐，可能因為人少，感覺都快不提供了…要啥沒啥！我們簡單的吃一口，返京！而且想着出去吃麻煩，吃了一回晚餐，真的太難吃了！希望改進…其他都挺好，性價比很高！👍🌹🌹

這些年一直住咱酒店，從湖邊別墅到新樓落成。小動物多，對寵物很友好。房間很新，衞生很好，餐廳菜品比較多，味道很好，尤其是餐廳服務人員，着重表揚！
