Das Gesamtkonzept ist einfach toll. Die Gastgeber Marianne und Frans supernett, sie geben sich unglaublich viel Mühe. Man muss sich hier einfach wohlfühlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Mir fällt absolut nichts ein, was zu bemängeln wäre.

Wir waren Ende Februar / Anfang März zu sechst zu Gast bei Marianne und Frans im Haus Holunder, wurden dort sehr herzlich mit einem ausgezeichneten, selbstgemachten Kuchen begrüßt und gastfreundlich aufgenommen. Die beiden halfen auch gerne bei der Lösung eines kleineren technischen Problems mit unserem Auto. Das Apartment für 4 Personen und das ebenfalls genutzte Doppelzimmer waren wirklich gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unser verlängertes Ski-Wochenende gebraucht haben. Gemeinsam Frühstück vorbereiten, auch ein wenig kochen am Abend und Kartenspielen war in diesen Räumen sehr gut möglich. Es gibt auch einen Ski-Keller mit Skischuh-Trockner, was angesichts des feuchten Wetters sehr praktisch war. Die kleine Liftanlage in der Nähe des Hauses haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir fuhren mit dem Auto zur gut 20 Minuten entfernt liegenden Talstation des Skigebiets Nassfeld. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt, vielleicht kommen wir ja auch im Sommer für ein paar Tage vorbei!

Vor ein paar Jahren bin ich bei der Suche nach einer Unterkunft in der Nähe des Weissensee auf das Haus Holunder und seine wunderbaren Besitzer gestoßen. Seit her ist es ein fixer Stopp wenn es um ein paar Tage Urlaub in Kärnten geht. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr zentral für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen aller Art - sei es zum Weissensee, zum Bummeln nach Villach, auf Wanderungen nach Italien und vieles mehr. Die Wohnungen aber auch das Zimmer sind unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl und herzlich aufgenommen. Ich buche immer auch das Frühstück dazu. Dieses ist sehr vielseitig, gesund und lecker und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Wer ein paar Tage Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung und bei netten Menschen verbringen möchte, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Kann das Haus Holunder zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!!
