電水壺裡麪都有苔蘚啦，都臭了，問他有沒有別的水壺他來了一句沒有！酒店裡點外賣不讓外賣進，你覺得我有時間有空然後點外賣送到門口嗎？真不理解，然後就是壞境了，之前是電競酒店我不説啥但是最起碼空調能開吧，冰箱沒有用能不能弄走，還有電競拆了把桌子能不能弄一下真的好差

差評，放假破爛不堪一進屋裡面有種嗆嗓子的味道特別難聞，過了一會一股廁所惡臭味道反進來，根本沒法呆，重點是換了個房間，兩個屋裡的門鎖都去壞的前台説沒事反正又從外面進不去，那請問你設定門鎖的意義何在？都不能反鎖，我要求換房間各種推辭説沒有大床房要換就是雙床房真無語其他的就要加錢

一分也不想給那麼大的u型抱枕落房間裏面了打掃房間的阿姨愣是看不見還是怎麼樣退房了給他們打電話她們説找一下半天了不回電話過了一天我又主動聯繫了他們的前台説沒看見有毛病非説我落別的地方了服務也不好

特別不推薦，辦理入住慢的跟牛一樣，退按金的時候前台在打牌，説讓我們先走，然後走了以後半個小時退款好沒有到賬，給他們經理打電話也沒有用 前台電話打的是空號，網站上留的電話根本打不通，他們經理給的電話號碼説打錯了，一點責任也不負責
