Heerlijk eten. Prachtig terras en serre. Alles met smaak en finesse. Heerlijke aspergesoep. Fantastische wagyuburger. Gezeĺlige plek voor ons gezelschap. Jonge bediening is ongedwongen en prima. Wij blijven hier komen. Mooiste terras van weert en omstreken

Mooi hotel met mooie ruime kamers, goede bedden en modern sanitair. Na een theatervoorstelling in Weert kwamen we 's avonds terug bij het hotel, bij aankomst ging de poort met geen mogelijkheid open en was de nachtportier telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Uiteindelijk toch maar over het hek geklommen, en de nachtportier geïnformeerd. Echter na wat gedoe wilde hij uiteindelijk de poort wel openmaken. Men was niet blij dat ik over het hek was geklommen, maar omdat we niet midden in de nacht naar huis wilden rijden voor een hotel waar we 's middags al waren ingecheckt en bij aankomst per pin moesten betalen zag ik geen andere optie. Om 5.00 's ochtends schrokken we wakker door zeer hard getik in de CV installatie dat alleen overging door de verwarming uit te zetten. Bij het ontbijt werd ons aangerekend dat we niet hadden doorgegeven hoe laat we wilden ontbijten. Door de receptioniste is dit niet gevraagd waardoor we ook niet wisten dat we dat door moesten geven. Na opgave van onze klachten bij het uitchecken werd de ervaring naar ons gevoel erg gebagatelliseerd en de fout voornamelijk bij ons gelegd. Ook nooit geen terugkoppeling meer gehad naar aanleiding van onze ervaringen, erg jammer.
