Hotel has great location, there is a ferry and bus service right outside the hotel. Swimming pool and gym was okay. Overall stay was good!

Great location and a great view of New York. Ferries where docked no more then a hundred feet from hotel so an easy trip into city.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in 10yrs of being a Sheraton loyalist. Front desk management should be retrained. Addie and India were great to deal with. The person who is supposed to set an example for them, their director, was the complete opposite. What a shame such a great location is losing value due to poor front desk etiquette.

City view, you can see the Manhattan downtown building, it's great across the sea. Three stars level. Good food. Breakfast is $50 and you can order whatever you want, no waste, enough for three people.
The only drawback is that you have to take one stop to Manhattan, but the cost performance is super high. Manhattan is too expensive and the house is old. This place is very new.
But the sound insulation of the house is too poor.

The facilities are average and old. The location of the hotel is OK. The city view room can see Manhattan across the street. There is a ferry that can go directly to the other side. The breakfast coupon is limited per person, and the excess amount must be paid by yourself after ordering. I had some expectations for the city view room, but after moving in, I felt that my expectations were too high.
