Very nice area, hotel was clean and like new. Great communication with staff and management, beginning days before checking in. They are more than willing to cater to your every need. Location was most important on this Christmas travel trip. This hotel was the closest to my daughter's home four minutes away.

Lovely property and the catering at our business Mtg was great. Comfortable linens and pillows. The slightly over zealous house keeper took an empty water bottle that travel on planes with to get through security even though it was not in the trash. Oh well.

I have been charged by both ******* and the hotel. My original stay was delayed by one day due to the bad weather in Minneapolis. ******* told me to talk to the hotel and the hotel told me to talk to *******.
