New hotel with terrible cleaning staff. We had to change rooms because of the sticky floors and bad odors mixed with extreme fragrance. Friendly staff!

The front desk service attitude is not friendly.
The air conditioner in the room was too noisy, but I couldn't turn it off. I contacted the front desk and was told that this is how the air conditioner works, without any apology.
The breakfast is a limited edition. It was basically empty when I went there after 7 o'clock, and there was no refill.

Very nice stay, staff was very helpful and friendly, provided our every need. The establishment was very clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed when you stay here!

Relaxing stay at Holiday Inn Express
Keurig in room is way above the drip coffee makers at Comfort Inn and Courtyard by Marriott. None have real half and half in room. Bed was very comfortable. AC was quiet. Soundproofing from hall noise was excellent.

Close to I-64. Ample parking. Lots of restaurants nearby (by car). Rooms are clean comfortable and bright. Good breakfast.
