Built based on nature friendly concept but not well maintained. Rooms are non AC but cooler and fan available. Got some pretty old bath towels and blankets which was not a pleasant experience. Bed coffee will be served around 8 AM and breakfast starts at 9 AM, so people who choose this resort should plan their trip accordingly. We had to skip/reschedule our destinations due to this schedule. Apart from the above, nice and pleasant stay with reasonable price.

Coffee County is a serene haven set amidst breathtaking views of lush coffee plantations and misty clouds. It offers an experience that seamlessly blends tranquility, comfort, and adventure, making it a perfect getaway for nature and coffee enthusiasts alike. Accommodation: The rooms are beautifully designed, with an elegant layout that enhances the stay. A standout feature is the built-in private swimming pool, allowing us to relax and enjoy our personal space while soaking in the serene ambiance. The balcony design is another highlight—it’s perfect for unwinding with a book, enjoying peaceful moments, and soaking in the natural beauty surrounding the estate. Activities: The coffee plantation walk was an absolute highlight. It offered a fantastic opportunity to capture stunning photographs and relish the pleasant weather. The guided tour was both educational and enjoyable, allowing us to connect with nature and learn about the intricate process of coffee cultivation. Views and Ambiance: The location of Coffee County is simply magical, with plantations stretching endlessly amidst the clouds. One unforgettable experience is sleeping with the window curtains fully open—this feels like floating in the clouds, with a mesmerizing view of the stars and the plantation at night. The weather during winter is chilly and often foggy, so it’s advisable to carry warm clothes and your favorite drinks to stay comfortable during the cold, particularly at midnight. Hospitality: The hospitality of the staff deserves special mention. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, they ensured that all our needs were met with a smile. Areas for Improvement While our experience was largely positive, a few areas could be improved: 1. Food Quality: While the meals were decent, the taste and quality could be enhanced to match the overall excellence of the resort. 2. Swimming Pool Maintenance: The chlorine levels in both the private and common pools were a bit high, which affected the overall experience. Better balance in pool maintenance would be appreciated. 3. Parking Space: The current parking area is limited and can become congested during peak times. A larger parking space would greatly improve convenience for guests. Recommendations: To make the most of your stay, here are some tips: • The coffee plantation walk is a must-do, especially for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts. • Sleep with the curtains open at night to experience the magic of sleeping amidst the clouds with a starlit view. • Carry warm clothes and essential drinks to stay cozy during chilly nights. • Spend time on the balcony of your room with a good book to fully enjoy the peaceful ambiance. • Make use of the private pool in your room for ultimate relaxation. • Wake up early to witness the mesmerizing views of the plantation amidst the morning mist. Overall Experience: Coffee County is a gem for those looking to escape int

Stay was good. The food and the hospitality was really appreciable. The only concern was the swimming pool in the room as the water was ice cold.

Located inside the coffee plantation. If you want to relax and have a peaceful stay, I think this is the ideal location. The location is full of birds and mornings are chirpy and pleasant and sun gets up lazily and comes up to the resort. They provide wide variety of foods. The staffs , Managers are very friendly , cordial and caring. They enquired the need for the variety of food and provided the same. Don’t miss their fish pollichadhu, Grilled chicken , Malabar chicken, Puttu, Aappam. Every meal is served hot and breakfast and dinner is included in the Tariff. Roasted bread sandwich, omelette, vegetable curries, chappathi/parotta/pulka, panner curries, variety of payasams, sweets .. the list is endless. Sudeer GM, Jason Manager and staff Romesh, Suresh and others were taking care of us like family members. We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay and sure to make another visit. They have arranged a cab driver Musafir, who had in-depth knowledge and expertise over Wayanad. Improvements needed: Entrance road to the Resort is very steep and it requires an expert driver. Resort location sign boards should be kept at all the junctions to reach the location at ease. Resort with swimming pool are real treat . They can improve the maintenance to some extent. Nice trip and family members remember it for years.

Poor service and would feel isolated after reaching the room. The ambience is lovely and it’s right in the middle of a coffee plantation. You can’t really call the rooms as tree houses but built on fabricated bars. It may be tempting to say “getting lost in the wild” but it could be terrible when it happens to you, after paying a ransom. The facilities provided are basic and of below standards. The google location provided by them landed us a kilometer away and all that they have is two signboards inside this thick forest. One board is uprooted and the other one is inside the woods. The road leading to the resort is un metaled and Kachha. You need a four wheel drive to reach the place and the parking facility can hold only 3-4 cars. The food is lovely and they did put in all the efforts to feed us well. To conclude - the location and the view are lovely with basic facilities.

My experience with Coffee County Resort was really really bad. I had a booking confirmation for May 17th, 2022 for myself and wife. I realized that I didn’t have any rooms available after getting at the resort and they even said there are no rooms booked under my name even though I had the booking confirmation on me. After the arguments, they agreed it’s their mistake and gave me another room in a different resort which was 44 minutes away from Coffee County Resort. Me and my wife were tired after the long drive and walks from the morning onwards as we were having a small trip and reached at the new place by 8:30 pm. I won’t suggest this place to any of my friends or family. This could be a rarely occurring situation for the resort management, but for me, it was tiring and frustrating. I believe the resort management should be more responsible when they’re in such a competitive business and hope they’ll do better in the future and nobody gets such bad experience from the management

We stayed at the resort with my family. The location is beautiful but the good part ends there. The rooms are badly maintained (definitely not in line with the 5 star pricing). When we were there, the roof leaked, the flush broke, there was no power for a whole night and the hot water didn't work. It was a miserable experience and the management's response was "we're trying to fix it". The basics I would expect from a two star hotel were missing. The food was also bad, with basically the same two (tasteless) dishes being served at every meal. The pool at the room was not cleaned and was pretty dirty. Overall, regretted my decision to stay here. Please avoid this if you can
