Vythiri Mist Resort

Excellent resort with good amenities, rooms are spacious with large bed, washrooms are clean, well maintained gardens. Therapy at the Ayurvedic spa is great. Infinity pool is clean and well maintained. Restaurant offers great cuisines with variety. I stayed for 4 nights and didn’t find any issues and felt really comfortable, relaxed with lots of personal attention provided by hotel staff.

Had leaches in the bedrooms and food service is too bad but receiving is good and the property is good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning resort nestled deep within a tranquil forest, and i can't praise it enough. The resort offers breathtaking balcony views that truly capture the essence of nature's beauty. Waking up to the serene sounds of the forest and enjoying my morning coffee while overlooking lush greenery was an experience like no other. The peace and quiet found here make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, this resort provides a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Highly recommended for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility.

The property overall is average when compared to the price of it. It is not worth for the money. The location is good, but there is no clear view from the rooms it is only from the dining area and the pool. The path of last 600mts to reach the resort is really bad. The food is not good at all, doesn't seem fresh and the kerala cusine which we expect to be good is below average. The amenities are okay, we could not use the badminton court as it was slipery. The pool and the view is really good and maintained well. The service from the staff is very good and helpful. Since it was monsoon season, there were a lot of insects that would come into the room, it was kinda scary and very uncomfortable.

Warm and hospitable staff. Ethnic, plush and exquisitely maintained rooms. Tasty local cuisine. But most importantly the Resort is serene and picturesque. Tucked amidst a thick jungle, the property draws out your adventurous self. Honey Museum and the Villages in the near vicinity are an experience in itself.

Please add bathtub in rooms ...so its perfect trip for all ..resort is amezing all amenities are wonderful ...seniterty kit is amezing.... Canopy bed was too good ... Balcony view is amezing.... Thank you so much for wonderful memories...

3. Location is good but service is not good infact bad. Restaurant staff are slow and do not have communication skills nor understand what we ask. Breakfast time is 8 am but they start only 0830. Front office also slow. Took hour to get towels to pool on request. For the price they charge, i do not recommend this hotel.

I booked the mist habitat (which was very overpriced - due to late booking) and didn't find the price or the resort to be worth the amount i paid. The resort is beautiful, amid-st nature and the rooms have an amazing view and that's about the best part of this stay. The room, although very nice is pretty small and did not have ac. I didn't think to check for this facility while booking because i assumed it will be there (considering it's like a 4 star property. There were too many bugs by night time, which is understandable, but no measures are taken to avoid it inside the rooms. The housekeeping was not done thoroughly. There was some amount of dust around and spider webs on the bed. This resort is about 3-4 kms from the city centre and the roads are narrow due to which accessibility is an issue, not complaining about this because we wanted to be close to nature, however the food was average here and we didn't have a choice but to eat it due to the accessibility issue.
