Definitely a must visit resort.. With great views, awesome location, well maintained rooms and surroundings and supportive staff. Food was delicious and they offered multi cuisine. Good for kids with multiple games , adventures and pool.

I will NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. All I got was 'attitude' from the staff. Despite sending them emails directly, all I got was unsatisfactory or a robotic reply with no courtesy, or worse, no reply at all. If this is how they treat prospective guests, then I wonder how it would be if one decides to stay there? If you got loads of money to throw away down the drain, then fine, go and throw it away. I decided to stay at Taj Wayanad instead, whose staff were way too polite and prompt in their replies. I am sure I will spend much quality time there instead.

Excellent and beautiful.Good hospitality. Super food and rooms. Pool and activity ares are marvelous . when we ho for trucking we will think it is hard but when we reach there , it gives a beautiful view. Camp fire gives an unforgettable moments.

The resort experience was excellent. Everything from the pool to the food to the activities was top notch and family friendly. This was one of the best resort I have been to. The view was very breathtaking. I highly recommend this resort to everybody!

We had a great hospitality there. The room was supremely comfortable. They provide Delicious and variety of food. They have a infinity pool with an amazing view. The resort it self surrounded with great view of mountains. We had a great time.

The ambience was so nice especially Mr jineesh was so vibrant and engaged uswith his talent of singing. We werr so happy and lovedthe day. I suggest this place to everyone and also thankingthe staff espevially mr jineesh for the wonderful hospitality

One of the best resort I visited. Room are crisp and clean and tidy. Food and Service is top notch. Activities and Adventure Activities are very good. Especially evening campfire activities are mind blowing. Ramesh is a great entertainer in this busines. I watching him from past Ten years still that entho is there. He is a big asset for resort

It was enjoyable, and I would recommend that anybody looking for a relaxing way to spend their time visit at least once. Overall, the cuisine, hospitality, and pure nature were amazing.

- spacious and clean room - courteous staff. Go the extra way to accommodate guests - well maintained garden and kids play area - Nature walk and mountain climb activities were fun and refreshing. - Home theatre is new thing which I haven’t seen commonly in other resorts. - Evening snacks and Tea were sumptuous and tasty. - Bon fire and activities were fun. - the only thing that needs to attention to is the menu for Vegetarians in terms of variety.
