The resort is as good as it can be. Amazing part was Taj hospitality especially F&H ***ager Sreejith, Chef Raj Mohan and their team in Shamiana - to name a few Nirav, Ganesh, and Mohammed. We went to Taj to celebrate our parents anniversary and they made the celebration truly remarkable and an unforgettable experience. Thanks Taj Wayanad team.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The peaceful environment and good upkeep made my stay very pleasant. The service is exceptional, with the staff being polite and attentive. Ganesh, in particular, made sure the food was served promptly and followed all instructions carefully.

We had the pleasure of staying in Taj Wayanad Resort and Spa from 6th to 9th Apr 2024. We experienced a very good service and hospitality all the time. Good and well maintained resort with all expected facilities. The gym trainer and swimming pool instructor Vijay were well versed in their job. Our room service person Ashwath was very good at his job and focused even on the minute part of the room while cleaning so that our room was fresh and spotless everytime we entered! We tasted some great food in Shamiyana and Southern spice. Would definitely recommend this resort! Kudos to the team for the good job! Keep it going! Special mention to chef Rajmohan, and to Nirav and Ganesh for their wonderful service!

The property is nice and location is very nice. The Banasura Dam was right behind giving excellent view of the water scape. The artificial elephant is amazing. It looks real and majestic. The people are very warm and caring. The food is very good and the chef takes personal care. The support staff are very nice. It would be good if the ***agement adds some live band and specially adds activities for children in the age group of 5 to 10.

It’s beautiful property on the bank of Banasura Dam, Wayanad . We enjoy Taj hospitality and comfort. The restaurant Shamiana and it’s breakfast and food is testy and served with lots of care and hospitality. Staff is courteous and well trained to keep the guests in comfort.

I visited this beautiful resort with my family for a short break. The resort is situated in an ideal location with a magnificent lake and picturesque mountains behind the lake. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and all the rooms face the lake. The property is lush green with wide open spaces. Needless to even talk about the TAJ hospitality - the best in the business. A special shout out to Gautam at front desk, chef Raj mohan and server Nirav at the Anda***’s restaurant ***** with the rest of the staff. They truly made our stay memorable. THANK YOU TAJ - you guys truly know what it takes to make the holidays memorable!

Great property, nice view. Friendly staff. Had a great lunch, food was amazing, and satisfying. Kudos to Ganesh for taking care of us and surprising my parents with a cake for their anniversary. Overall great experience at the Shamiana. Thank you.

Excellent property… Great food, wonderful live music around high-tea, fantastic service.. Have to mention Lina, Kaverappa, Chef Prajwal, Chef Rajmohan, Nirav, Md. Obada and to be honest, every person who assisted us was friendly and warm…! Yoga session in the morning was great too. Don’t miss the spa and the pool. For younger kids, indoor play area is a nice addition. *** made elephant in the property is another fun element. To top it all is this mesmerizing view of the mountains that surround the backwaters of the Banasura dam… All in all, worth a visit with family!!
