Quite poor service, really not upto the mark. The restaurant staff was so slow and dull. The desk was not responsive at all. No accountability whatsoever. Not expected from Taj!

This property is really amazing , Locationwise truly outstanding . Unfortunately through out our stay of four nights , it was constantly raining , from low intensity rain intermittantly to torrential rains every day for some time . It made fantastic atmosphere , unable to go out for sight seeing but really to enjoy Hotel , spa , restaurants etc . Chef Mr Rajmohan was truly outstanding , always smiling , available to discuss , suggest and to provide amazing food , we had Chineses as well as traditional South Indian food and we must say it was wonderful . Food was high light of our stay . Rooms were comfortable , clean , fully provided and with a great view of lake and mountains . Spa was also nice , we found it a bit expensive and i suggest that it needs to be brought it down to a fair price level . on the whole we had a wonderful stay .

We had a great experience in Taj Waynad. Rahul Yadav from Shamiana restaurant helped us a lot and made our stay and dining experience even more comfortable. Great Stay and excellent service!

My family and I had a wonderful time. There were many activities to do like sports and board games like table tennis, chess, ludo, carrom and many other games that we enjoyed playing together as a family.The food was scrumptious as well as there was an outnumbered amount of flavours and spices added in it. Kudos to Mr Raj Mohan, Mr Obada and Mr Rahul.

The property is great! The views are amazing and the service was great too. Rahul Yadav and Roshan Yadav at the restaurant took great care of our food as well! Will definitely come back to the property!

We had dinner at the Shamiana @Taj and had a great time. The staff was very attentive and the food was amazing. A shout out to Mr Rahul Yadav.

Excellent service by Rahul Yadav, he was very kind and provided best service during our stay at Taj Wayanad. Hotel provides a beautiful view of water reservoir and is very scenic. Property is very well maintained. Monsoon is very beautiful although everything else in Wayanad is closed bit stunning view from property is just what you will like and enjoy your stay and food at the resort
