Charming “English” Inn in the heart of Waxahatchie Texas. Local innkeeper very friendly. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms with excellent clawfoot tub. An Anglophile’s escape. Great breakfast at three local establishments. Fun stop between Ft Worth and Houston.

My wife and I love this little inn. Very charming and Homie with lots to discover. Highly recommended. The end keeper Howard was very responsive and attentive. Couldn’t ask for more

Staff reached out to us in advance to provide us check-in and parking information. Once we arrived, staff welcomed us via text and made sure everything was going well. The location was great and convenient for the purpose of our overnight stay. Room was clean and everything worked well for an older property.
The property was really cool and we enjoyed our stay.
The only reason not to give it 5 stars was the condition of the building. It is a old home in an historic area, the cracks in the walls and shower area just need to be patched and updated.

Love the decor and location
Howard was a wonderful host. The decor is wonderfully done. It is very quaint and lovely. It’s is in walking distance to the town square even though we took the car. It’s in a nice neighborhood. I will definitely stay again.

Charming historical looking home/inn. I felt like I went back in time. It was clean and ac was cool. Just a very relaxing to place to stay in an interesting neighborhood with a mix of historical traditional and colonial homes.

Wonderful old house!
Wonderful host, great old house to explore, like a museum with a Brit twist! Great wrap around porch. Teacups, plentiful tea and coffee in room. Our suite was like an antique store, so many items to appreciate. Very clean accommodations. Short, easy walk to downtown Waxahachie, great breakfast places. Sweet town.
