The hotel is generally good. There are Carrefour and building materials supermarkets next to it. Life is not bad for quick business trips. If you live alone, the room is okay. The room for two people should be larger.

Clean, good for a stopover. Breakfast was poor value - definitely not worth 15€ per person. No one checked anyway who had paid so as a family you could just pay for the adults and let the kids eat some of yours. Or avoid altogether and grab something from the huge supermarket 2 mins down the road.

I stayed at this hotel with my mother whilst on a Leger holidays coach trip - for one night it was fine, but the room we were in was VERY cramped for two people so would have been horrible for anything more than one night. Space aside, the room was very clean and presentable, the beds were firm but comfortable, however the mattress toppers moved with the slighest movement from you - with the result I was slowly slid out of the bed at around 2AM! The room came equipped with an aircon, it may have been my fault, but this was very poor and it took the entire stay to cool the room by a single degree. It was also on the noisier side so not ideal for light sleepers. Aside from this the room was quiet. There were 5 plug sockets in the room, but no USB charging capabilities. The TV worked intermittently as well. The bathroom was clean but small, and the shower head could have done with a deep clean, but the shower itself was great, water heated very quickly and had excellent pressure. Breakfast was opened a little early for us which we greatly appreciated and was very well laid out with plenty of room to maneuver. Food was pleantiful, of good quality and regularly refreshed. Staff at the hotel varied in friendliness, with the morning staff being more friendly than the evening staff but we had minimal interactions with either. If I was booked into this hotel again on another coach trip I'd be fine with it, but I am unlikely to book this for personal use were I in the area.

I stayed here for one night as part of a Ledger escorted tour. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Sadly the air conditioning didn’t work at all and it was very hot inside. I slept pretty well and the breakfast was decent enough. There is nothing around the hotel so eat your main evening meal before going to the hotel as there was no evening meal facilities on site that were open when we arrived. I would say this hotel is fine for a stop over but not suited to a longer stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights, one going and one coming back from a Leger holiday. The first night we had a nice reasonable sized room, the second night the room was so small you had to shuffle round the bed. The hotel is very basic but it's a comfy bed for the night. The only luxury was a tiny bottle of water with a crown cap that you could only open with a bottle opener! We didn't even get that on the second visit. You do get a paper cup should you be fortunate enough to open the bottle. Our rooms were at the back close to the busy main road so it was noisy with the window open. The breakfast was adequate. The hotel is in a good location in that it's only a 10 minute walk into town so you can go out and get a nice meal at one of the restaurants and bars in Wavre. The hotel does pizza in the evening, the guests on our tour who didn't want to walk into town had these and said they were ok.

We arrived at the hotel as part of a National hodays excursion to see Andre Rieu concert in Maastrich we left Leeds at 3.00 am Friday 15th Dec and arrived at the hotel at about 8.00pm after a visit to a Christmas Market in Ypres ,so we were all pretty shattered the first impression of the hotel was very clean ,we were allocated our keys quickly and efficiency although it did get quite congested in the reception are with 47 weary travellers and all their luggage ,we were allocated a ground floor accessible room adjacent reception ,and were surprised at how quite it was ,after unloading our cases we went into the bar where it was very comfortable and not too expensive for a nice pint of Stella (can't remember if it was 6 or 7 euros ,after a couple of pints we went to bed ,the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very good and fluffy needless to say we slept very well, the following morning we were up for breakfast which for continental was very very good indeed, with some warm food ie sausage and scrambled egg ,.one thing I would comment on at night there was only one man working and he had to serve at the bar ,do the cooking ,the hotel does hot dogs ( 2 for €5) and pizza and see to the reception desk his disposition and patience was a credit to him ,I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again

Stayed on a one night stopover on a Leger Holidays tour. Small budget style room. No fridge or kettle etc. Small shower cubicle with door that didn't fit the entire width of the opening that resulted in the inevitable flooding of the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable. Fairly well stocked bar. No dinner as such but we were lucky enough to get a couple of Pizzas.
