Location perfect to get to ball park. Really appreciated shuttle service. Food available close by. Front desk personnel excellent. Having bar open before and after event perfect.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service staff were very nice.
Everyone was very enthusiastic and made me feel very warm.
Looking out from the room window was like a painting.
I was very excited to see heavy snow in Milwaukee.
The hotel staff also helped to shovel snow for my car. Thank you very much.
It is also very close to the city center, just a dozen minutes drive.
I will stay here again next time. It is close to the client's company.

We were very grateful that we could get a room in short notice. We needed to get a room close to the hospital for my wife’s emergency appointment.
We are also happy to know that the hotel offers a shuttle bus to home Milwaukee Brewers games and would like to take advantage of that service and stay package on our next trip.

My family had an easy and great time staying here at Sonesta. Friendly staff at the front desk that greeted and answered all our questions. Easy layout to get around to our rooms and the gym.
We did not have any issues during our stay here.

I'm a Milwaukee native, and was back visiting family. I chose this hotel because it was close to where they live. Staff were very friendly. But the condition of the property needs attention. The curtains in my room were torn, and there was mold around the caulking in the shower. Gross! However, the rest of my room was clean and comfortable. Free coffee in the morning was nice, but the option of a $15 breakfast was disappointing and pricey! Also, no maid services unless requested. On my next trip back, I'll be looking for other accomodations.

We really appreciate the entire stay… only hiccup how door entry card kept deactivating.. that was a drag… other than that everything was great… great customer service.

The staff was SO nice! I was a little hesitant because there had been a couple of reviews talking about the poor attitude of the staff, but they were some of the sweetest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! Would DEFINITELY stay here again if I need to be in that area again.

I have a question about the check in. I was charged $25 that is separate charge on my checking acct.. When he asked for my card I got impression he was going to charge me for an update which I asked for corner room and did not get. The room was left in the same condition as we walked in. Need help with this. Thank you Linda

friendly staff but never saw maids cleaning rooms (any rooms) and I was in and out of my room all day.
