"Ibis Budget Canberra is at a distance of some 7 km from the city centre which is quite remote and not easily accessible, especially at night time. On the other hand, Ibis Budget room charge is quite competitive and is ideal for travelers who have limited budgets. The concierges are polite and helpful and help make your stay very pleasant."

"The friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended"

"Not that clean. It's ok. TV doesn't connect even though it has an option to. Staff leave early and no phones to call reception. I didn't get a WiFi password I had to ask the lady next door because reception closed right after I checked in.
It's not too bad. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom but I can't say it was clean. It was just tidy, at least the sheets were clean. Carpet was definitely not. Also, blinds in bathroom are broken."

"We got referral from our friend and were very happy with our first experience here. We only stayed for 1 night. Clean, comfy, complete amenities. Close to everywhere, restaurant, supermarket, petrol. There are friendly staffs and easy to find the location. We will definately come back for our next trip to Canberra. Thank you so much."

"A beautiful relaxing setting, tastefully decorated with the indoor gardens and palm trees.
The restaurant and bar are open to suit any traveler’s time schedule . The rooms are clean, fresh and very comfortable.

"Good location for what we needed, easy check-in, common areas are nice.
Room was poorly cleaned with a great deal of dust on bed head, crumbs on the chairs and hair balls on the floor of the shower.
Given it's on a main road it should have double glazing. The air-conditioning did not work and it was a warm night.
Housekeeping tried to barge in at 9:40am - check out isn't until 10am and I'm not sure why I should be bothered before then.
On the whole I would not go back and did not find it value for money."
