There was a TESCO nearby and it was easy to use.
The room was nice and clean and the price was great.
However, there were some bad points such as the dryer being difficult to use.

Lovely greeting, I arrived early and was happy to pay the extra to access my room as I was going to a party at 5 and I wanted to watch the Rugby International before going. Unfortunately they didn’t have any lunch facilities but there was a shop across the road. They did suggest I could order any food and could collect from reception. It was the morning that was a real surprise! Happy smiley reception but I was surprised not to see any food out as you usually help yourself. The waitress explained that they cook to order, but assured me that I could have extras too. My order didn’t take long but every item was so well cooked, not dry at all - eggs cooked perfectly and even the black pudding was so tasty. Not what I expected but best cooked breakfast I have had in years and that includes some very expensive hotels! Well done.

We stayed here on a red letter days gift voucher but when we checked in premium could not take the payment from red letter days so we had to pay ourselves. The next day Emer on reception took control or the issue and contacted them and managed to sort the issue and reimburse us the cash. All the staff went the extra mile and nothing was too much for them. This hotel is perfect for London and Watford has plenty of shopping and bars in walking distance for a good day or night out.

Stayed one night in a family room. Arrival was easy to find. Ideal for Harry Potter visits. Slightly disappointed in the fact you have to pay £8 for 24hrs to park, surely guests could get a discount considering you’re a paying customer. I received a phone call from the team a day before explaining about over night road works that had been planned by highways and that they has changed the room so it wasn’t directly above it and if I wanted to cancel. We decided to risk it and we did not hear one drill or noise. Room was clean, basic but for one night it suited us. We didn’t stay for food or breakfast as the town is a 10 minute walk with plenty of eateries etc.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff was very accommodating. The location is central, perfect for everything we wanted to see around the city. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, with lots of things to choose from. Definitely would recommend ❤️

Fantastic hotel and excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Lovely selection of breakfast, so tasty. We had a very enjoyable stay. Location full filled all expectations. We highly recommend it!

We stayed here as it’s close to the train station and handy getting to Harry Potter Studios. It’s also very easy getting into Central London. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast was lovely with a good variety of food. Highly recommended!
