The housekeeping schedule needs improvement
During our three-night stay, our room was not serviced for two consecutive days. On both days, we had to contact housekeeping to request that the room be cleaned.

Received no room service at all. Had to go ask for toilet paper. Bath mat looked like it was refuge from a rag bag.

Room had some cleanliness issues but nothing major, pretzels under the bed. Bed was comfortable. Had continental breakfast available.

We checked in on 9/6 and checked out on 9/8. We stayed in room 318 and it was infested with bugs. My partner and I are covered in what look like bed bug bites from our earlobes down to our toes. We have called the hotel 3 times and they will not return our calls. We contacted ******* and they are still waiting for the hotel to call them back too. We have spent a lot of money now on bug sprays and anti itch ointments and the hotel is ignoring us. We just want someone to take some accountability.

Trash in second floor hall. Man sitting at entrance smoking pot. Dead black bugs in bathroom, no tissue and small amount of tp when arrived had to ask for more.
