We loved the two leveled apartments, very good supply to all our needs, cooking ware, cutlery, toaster. Loved the King size beds and strong shower water flow with hot water.
Only one down side was all the heaters weren't working, which was a disappointment in winter.

Bad location. It takes half an hour to find our room in another building. Facilities are old with several issues. Wifi is not working. TV remote is not working. How does it become a 5-star hotel with the cost of 165 dollars per night?

服務：沒有敲門的兩個員工闖進來幫我們嚇了一跳，我們定的是雙層的房型，客廳在二樓。
當時我們在客廳的時候，兩名員工直接開門上來，其中一個徑直走向我的房間，另一名則問我們需不需要coffee service，我們説不需要他們就走了。這讓我們很疑惑。於是打給前台，前台説酒店是沒有提供咖啡服務的，然後説幫我們調監控，我們很肯定的是這兩名員工員工進來的時候是3點前，所以讓前台查2點到3點的監控。過了10幾分鐘後，前台打來説查了2點到4點監控裏沒有看到有人進來。我們就説那往前再查吧。又過了幾分鐘，他打來説2點45的時候看到有兩名員工進了我們房間，説明天會整個團隊溝通一下看看究竟發生什麼事。第二天打來説了一大堆，大概就是敷衍了事，一些廢話。
這個酒店的服務真的不咋地，最直觀的感受是早上值班的前台，感覺是個實習生，最基本的服務態度都沒有，在她臉上還會看到一些小表情，令人很不舒服。我們之前有在早上打給前台，也是這個實習生接的，我們還沒説完話，她就直接把電話掛斷。
對了，如果要住的話記得買個阻門器，因為門上那個鎖衹是個擺設，我們試過，鎖上後，從外門刷卡開門還是可以開的，意思就是説，衹要有卡，不管鎖沒鎖都能開門，這個鎖一點用都沒有。
設施：挺好的，有洗衣機、烘乾機、洗碗機、微波爐、烤箱、燃氣灶、冰箱。消耗品如紙巾、洗漱用品無限量供應。唯一不足的就是燃氣灶火力太小了，煮得慢，一鍋水10分鐘才燒得開。
衞生：酒店員工不會幫忙倒垃圾的，需要自己倒。第7天的時候員工才幫我們鋪床一次
環境：沒蚊蟲、挺好

這個房間特別大 完全可以住下四個人
有兩個卧室一個書房
還有一個餐廳客廳和連接的大陽台
非常滿意 周邊有超市也方便

房間很好，一卧室是兩層小複式，上下兩個衞生間，帶個小院子，旁邊出門160米就有個大超市，洗衣做飯生活都很好很寬敞，比住單獨一間的酒店房舒服很多。唯一不足的是附近沒有地鐵站，若沒有租車出行會受影響，但悉尼市區停車很不方便，就衹能搭Uber。另外就是衞生三天整理一次，最好提前電話和前台預約。我們飛機早上到了悉尼，我提前寫了郵件給酒店希望幫助早上入住，得到了很好處理，孩子經過長途飛行有了休息的地方。感謝！

整體來説一切都超出預期！我們訂的兩卧室套房，前台有中文員工並貼心的問我們想住哪邊（前台服務是我本次旅程最好的，並且是每位員工，感慨一分價錢一分服務，哎），房間有兩個陽台，能看到附近的高爾夫球場，客廳很大，與洗衣房的位置設計合理，不會幹擾。陽台偶爾還會有鸚鵡，我們來悉尼的第一天還看到了很美的落日。附近有coles和一些餐館，巴士也在5分鐘步行範圍內。整體非常好，我會推薦我的朋友住這邊，下次也會嘗試meriton其他地區的套房。（btw缺點也説一下，進門會有樓梯，如果是大件行李會有點吃力，客廳的廁所燈有點閃爍，但瑕不掩瑜）
