The hotel was wonderful, the room are beautiful, staff were so friendly. The food in the hotel was superb, we took the recommendation from the maitre d' Pierse on the food, sea bass was beautiful and the mosaic of mushrooms was the nicest starter I have ever tasted. We were with two other couples and enjoyed our time there so much. I couldn't rate it highly enough. A big thank you to Deirdre for looking after us so well too! We have an electric car and the charging was complimentary too which is a nice touch! If you are looking for a get away, just book it, you wont be disappointed.

We have been here a few times, and never were we disappointed with the level of service and the professional level of the staff. Recently visited for my fiance birthday, we had an amazing time, the food was amazing as always. The room is very clean and relaxing, very comfortable. I definitely recommend this beautiful spot for weddings or a nice get away.

Stayed here for my fiance birthday. As we had stayed here before and looking into having our wedding here. It was no surprise that our stay would be amazing and that it was. We could not fail this place. We had an amazing time and definitely will be back

Very welcoming atmosphere. Most courteous and professional service. Food was excellent. We enjoyed our 18 holes on the challenging Faithlegg golf course and got some good tips at the golf clinic. Our visit to nearby Mount Congreve House and gardens with the magnolias in full bloom completed a very enjoyable stay.

Such a beautiful property!!! Great, comfortable and spacious rooms and such lovely grounds. The highlight for us was the breakfast though!!!! Truly next level!!! Such a special experience for us Australians. It felt so grand and other worldly - but also very tasty! A bit further out of Waterford than I had intended, bit we weren't disappointed. It was absolutely magical and I highly recommend this property.

A real 4 star experience with a homely welcome. All staff stood out with daily smiles and greetings. We felt we were looked after. Variety and standard of food was excellent with the assistance of Pierce. The Golf Pro Derry was so helpful at the daily Golf Clinic. An ideal location when visiting the historic quarter of Waterford City. Looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. My sister and I were just treating ourselves to a night away, no occasion, and it was well worth it. We had a standard room, which was comfortable and well equipped, very clean. We had drinks in the lovely cocktail bar, then dinner which was delicious. Live music in the bar afterwards was very relaxing, lovely atmosphere. Breakfast next morning was also very relaxing, no buffet, table service only, which was lovely. We will be back.

Pure Luxury, excellent food, beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous room with a view. The restaurant has lovely tables overlooking the garden and the menu is quite extensive. Breakfast in our room was a lovely treat to end our visit. The master twin suite made me feel like royalty for a day.
