I had the misfortune of being served by someone named Collins, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Collins was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to basic courtesy. He acted as if customers were a burden rather than guests to be welcomed. What made things even worse was his attitude when it came to ordering food. Instead of allowing me to choose from the menu or even asking what I might prefer, he insisted I eat what he decided. Yes, you read that correctly — I had to eat what he said, with absolutely no room for discussion. It felt more like being bossed around than being served in a restaurant. I was stunned by the arrogance and total lack of respect. Throughout the entire interaction, Collins remained dismissive, impatient, and borderline hostile. I felt uncomfortable, unwelcome, and honestly insulted. This is not how any customer should be treated, let alone in a place where you’re paying for food and service. The entire experience left a very bad taste in my mouth — and I’m not just talking about the food. I would never return, and I strongly recommend that others stay away. There are plenty of other places where you’ll be treated with respect and basic human decency. This was unacceptable on every level.
