Lovely set of accomodation around bright clean pool. Great staff - including excellent private chef option if you wish. Short walk to beachfront or short tuk tuk to Watamu or Turtle beach

All in all we had a fabulous stay in Watamu. Nicholas, our caretaker, was unbelievable! So attentive. Despite the wonderful care we received, our niece had a horrible experience. She had ordered lunch for us and had it delivered to the resort. When the boda delivered our food, the driver was verbally abusive to our niece because he thought he deserved more money. He started yelling insults at her and wouldn’t give her the order. All the while the management and security guard just stood by and watched the entire interaction not interceding whatsoever. This was very bothersome to us. She was very upset by the altercation and we were extremely disappointed by the management and security guard’s lack of help with this situation.

Great owners and Rachel the cook was very nice abd helpful. As a retired chef, I can say this was a cool experience to relax and not cook while enjoying my stay here. Thanks to the owners!
The receptionist could be a little bit sour acting, but the rest of the staff was WONDERFUL!

Ho il piacere di scrivere questa recensione perché sono appena rientrata da un viaggio straordinario, reso ancor più magico grazie alla mia permanenza in questa struttura, posso dire che sia i servizi sia il posto sono veramente eccellenti. La struttura è nuova e ben curata, ci si sente accolti ad ogni richiesta e seguiti per ogni necessità. Il personale è qualificato e gentile. Grazie a tutto lo staff e in special modo a Massimo , per i suoi consigli e la sua disponibilità.

"La nostra vacanza è finita e con grande tristezza lascio questi bellissimi posti, ma porterò con me un ricordo indelebile, grazie a voi. In primis un caloroso ringraziamento ai proprietari della splendida NAKUPENDA HOUSE, mio cugino Maurizio e sua moglie Tiziana, per avermi dato l'opportunità di trascorrere questi giorni in questa meravigliosa terra. Tutto lo staff del RAFIKI TAMU JUA è stato eccezionale, posso confermare che qui l'ospitalità è sacra. Siete stati ineguagliabili ed il nostro soggiorno da voi è stato meraviglioso ed indimenticabile. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la qualità della cucina, grazie ai nostri chef Prince e Freddy; la pulizia delle camere e degli spazi esterni (giardino e piscina). Siamo stati fortunati di avervi avuto con noi. Ci avete fatto sentire i benvenuti, per questo vi siano infinitamente grati e vi ringraziamo di cuore per tutte le attenzioni che ci avete dedicato. Dimenticare il Kenya e la sua gente sarà difficile. In conclusione posso dire che il dolce far niente è una meravigliosa occupazione e posso consigliare di non andare mai in vacanza con qualcuno che non ami. Grazie, grazie, grazie a tutti."

Abbiamo alloggiato al Rafiki Tamu per 2 notti, la struttura è nuovissima, una piscina molto bella, la nostra Villa era arredata in stile super moderno. Personale super disponibile. All’arrivo ci hanno dato il benvenuto con un piatto di frutta fresca , davvero buono! Era vicino ad ogni interesse del posto. Ci tornerei sicuramente!!!
