Lovely set of accomodation around bright clean pool. Great staff - including excellent private chef option if you wish. Short walk to beachfront or short tuk tuk to Watamu or Turtle beach

All in all we had a fabulous stay in Watamu. Nicholas, our caretaker, was unbelievable! So attentive. Despite the wonderful care we received, our niece had a horrible experience. She had ordered lunch for us and had it delivered to the resort. When the boda delivered our food, the driver was verbally abusive to our niece because he thought he deserved more money. He started yelling insults at her and wouldn’t give her the order. All the while the management and security guard just stood by and watched the entire interaction not interceding whatsoever. This was very bothersome to us. She was very upset by the altercation and we were extremely disappointed by the management and security guard’s lack of help with this situation.

Great owners and Rachel the cook was very nice abd helpful. As a retired chef, I can say this was a cool experience to relax and not cook while enjoying my stay here. Thanks to the owners!
The receptionist could be a little bit sour acting, but the rest of the staff was WONDERFUL!

I have the pleasure of writing this review because I have just returned from an extraordinary trip, made even more magical thanks to my stay in this facility, I can say that both the services and the place are truly excellent. The structure is new and well looked after, you feel welcomed with every request and looked after for every need. The staff is qualified and kind. Forgetting Kenya and its people will be difficult. We stayed at Rafiki Tamu for 2 nights, the structure is brand new, a very nice swimming pool, our Villa was furnished in a super modern style. Super helpful staff. Upon arrival they welcomed us with a plate of fresh fruit, really good! It was close to every local interest. I would definitely go back!!!

We stayed at Rafiky at the end of August 2023... beautiful experience... relaxing place and very close to all the places we wanted to visit, very clean... all the staff helpful and kind and always with a smile... our cook Betty fantastic.....we will definitely return..asante sana kafiky...
