Splendid 5-star resort, for those who, returning from the chaos of Watamu, want to relax and be pampered by all the Rafiki Village staff. Return and find succulent dishes and washed and ironed linen.

We stayed in this complex of Villas in December 2023. Perhaps one of the best Villas I have ever tried. The attention to detail is remarkable. The personal chef satisfies you on any request. The guys are very attentive to the needs of every single guest. Highly recommended

We were welcomed and pampered for 15 days by truly extraordinary staff. We felt right at home, the Chefs cook wonderfully, any dish requested and the gardeners maintain the pool and gardens meticulously. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

My partner Diego and I stayed at Rafiki Village for 9 nights/10 days. Right from the start we felt warmly welcomed, with enthusiasm, kindness and courtesy (typical of Kenya) by all the staff present. The apartments are really beautiful, spacious, with kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and external annex. In typical Afro-style furnishings, they are bright and very clean. Every day the village staff takes care of internal and external cleaning (common spaces such as the garden and swimming pool); There is also a laundry service which allows you to have clean towels every day. Every night the guardian is present, a fantastic (and very sweet) Masai. We felt pampered, at ease, as if we were at home. The fantastic Gloria cooked for us three evenings: an excellent chef who made us enjoy delicacies from this land made with her hands. Unique! The fantastic Tuk tuk Sule, who has now become our trusted Rafiki (friend), explained customs and described places, recommended restaurants, beaches, places to visit and activities to do, accompanying us at our request wherever we wanted. The village has wifi and a beautiful swimming pool which we used to relax after returning from excursions in the late evening. It is nestled in beautiful watamu, surrounded by local villages (poor houses) and a school; being able to see the "typical" day of the nearby inhabitants was something unique, as was greeting and meeting the many children who flocked as we passed. The strong point of the structure, in addition to the cleanliness and beauty of the apartments, is certainly the staff; we established such a strong friendship with everyone that on the last evening we asked them to all eat together (including the legendary Sule). It was a truly truly happy evening! We recommend the structure to all those who want to feel pampered, immersed in nature, and who prefer the comfort of an apartment to be able to fully experience all the numerous experiences that this magnificent land has to offer. Thank you all so much for these fantastic 10 days, we will definitely come back to visit you because we have left a part of our heart in Watamu, at Rafiki, in Kenya. Comfortable and beautiful structure! It makes you feel at home... compared to the usual resorts. House with African style furnishings. Swimming pool in front of the house, makuti roof, brand new, top chefs and staff. Very close to Watamu, and 100 meters from the sea.
