I remember attending an event at Pałac Wasowo around 20 years ago, it seemed charming back then. Unfortunately this place feels like nothing has been done over the last 20 yrs, both inside as well as grounds seem unkept. Its not just gardening aspect but the entire estate feels like there's no management. Back gate is a good example, our satnav led us to the back entrance which looked a bit scruffy but the gate was open and it had official sign board... So we drove in, only to discover that "road" is dangerous and almost broke our car's suspension. A manager would remove the signage, close the gate and put up a board with an arrow saying "Main entrance that way" We stopped with the whole family for breakfast. In short - I've had better, it was underwhelming. In fact I remember some *** chain hotels making more effort when it comes to food selection and quality. On the positive note - their own homemade jams were delicious, and scrambled eggs were made of real eggs and weren't dry.

This was a wedding location with guests from all over Europe. While the hotel has potential in terms if style and location it really was a let down. Clearly affected by covid, 95% of the staff had little experience and the kitchen was uncoordinated and of disappointing standard. The owner was rude to our wedding coordinator and refused to correct mistakes. There was another wedding in a different area who experienced the same that weekend. A school was there playing “Harry Potter” that seemed to be more important and no effort made to ensure guests had a great experience. Nothing in the bridal suite as part of the wedding and all rooms were in need of some attention. Sorry but not worth the trip into the middle if nowhere. If you dont want a bride that crys go somewhere else.

The palace is located in a huge park. The walking areas are delightful. Communing with nature at your fingertips. The palace itself is a bit neglected. The floors in public areas and in the rooms creak mercilessly. Standard class rooms are small, even cramped, at least the one in which we were accommodated. I missed the pork dishes in the restaurant. There was beef, poultry, fish and seafood, but there was no pork. Overall we are satisfied with the stay. I recommend this place to people who need rest and tranquility.

Epic fail. The worst facility we've been to, the price for a room in the "doorkeeper's house" is not related to the conditions. The room smelled musty and fungus and the equipment was incomplete, no curtains on the window, also in the bathroom. Service not interested in solving the problem at all. As a result, we did not use the hotel service and returned home. So far, no one has responded to the email with the complaint. A typical object living off weddings and guests who don't care because they don't remember much after the wedding anyway. As you can see, Wielkopolska's order and quality are a thing of the past.

Location da favola, castello in stile Harry Potter nelle campagne della Wielkopolska. Il castello è circondato da un parco con alberi maestosi ed un laghetto tranquillo. All'interno il palazzo è molto bello ed elegante. Abbiamo avuto qualche disguido con la nostra prenotazione per il ristorante: ci hanno infatti preparato un tavolo in un'altra stanza rispetto a quella originaria. Abbiamo anche dovuto aspettare molto tempo prima di ricevere i nostri piatti, ma penso sia dovuto al fatto che era domenica ed il ristorante era veramente molto affollato. Cibo comunque molto buono.
