房東Carol是一個精緻優雅有經驗的女士,Carol經營該民宿已有二十多年了。她的一位女員工也是服務周到，我們出去散步被蟲子咬到，她立即給我拿來了驅蚊噴霧劑。
我們住的是一個大床套房，二樓有露台可以邊喝咖啡邊欣賞瓦拉西湖美景，住的很舒服。
民宿依湖而居，走過一段草坪來到湖邊，湖邊有椅子可以坐着直接享受湖光山色，使人心曠神怡。我們度過了愉快的三天假期。

The room we had was just beautiful. The hot homemade breakfast was to die for. She also has a cute little gift shop. I HIGHLY recommend this bed &breakfast. Our host Carol was the sweetest lady you'd ever meet. I'm SO glad we chose to stay there. Prices and service way better then your average hotel room. When you stay here your like family.

This is a beautiful property, in a lovely part of Wasilla. The lake was gorgeous. Our room - Prickly Rose suite - was lovely, so clean and nicely decorated. We had two adjoining rooms, a sitting room and bedroom, with a private bathroom in the hallway. Everything was really nice, it didn't get properly dark out at night but the pull-down blinds got the room close to dark. We slept well, the bed was nice and comfortable. The host Carol was very friendly and greeted us after we arrived to explain about locking the door. I sent a text to let her know we wouldn't make it to breakfast, as it was suggested to do on the check-in paper - it's served at 8:30am, which would be a bit late for us as we needed to be on the road about 7am the next morning - and I didn't receive a reply, we left after chatting with other guests in the grounds around 7. We didn't want to worry the owner about a to-go bag so early, but I believe those are available if you're going to miss breakfast. Overall, lovely rooms and a really beautiful property, hopefully if we are able to visit Wasilla again it will be possible to wait in for breakfast.

This is a really fun place to stay. Vary comfortable the host were engaging and made every feel welcome. The breakfast was incredible. They said the goal was to have enough so that you did not need lunch. I have so to say they achieved that goal.

Great breakfast every morning, very clean rooms, spacious rooms, beautiful property. The host could not have been more friendly and accommodating. My family loved our time here and Carol is the nicest person. It was so relaxing to end the day sitting by the lake and watching the ducks as the sun set.

I would highly recommend this B&B. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. If you are looking for a place to stay in Wasilla you won’t find a better one.Carol is the greatest host and she makes sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you may need.

This bed and breakfast is adorable! Stayed in the Arctic Rose room which included a separate sitting room. The property is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Breakfast is homemade, plentiful and delicious. Owner is pleasant and gracious.

This was our first ever B&B experience, and I have to say, I was not impressed. The house was nice enough and the room was clean; however, we were left a note that "our breakfast items were in the fridge" and all that was in there was a bag of hash browns and some eggs. The description lists homemade jellies available and things of that nature, not that we would have to cook our own breakfast. A hotel stay would have at least yielded a continental breakfast. Just take the website with a grain of salt. Not exactly accurate.

This b& b is like going to grandma’s house. The grounds are meticulously maintained by Carol, the delightfully busy owner. Behind the house is an expansive grassy garden which leads to plenty of outdoor seating (& even a dock) to enjoy Lake Lucille’s serenity. Inside the rooms are decorated with quilts, lace, & loads of tchotchkes! If you are younger or a minimalist, you will either feel overwhelmed or as if you’re visiting your grandmother! The rooms have TVs & black out shades for those long days of daylight! Breakfast is a delicious assortment of hot items like scrambled eggs, sausages, scalloped potatoes, blueberry/chocolate crumble, & apple tarts. Unlimited coffee, tea, water; plus, an assortment of yogurt & cereal. Once you’ve had your fill be sure to check out all of the amazing crafts that Carol & her daughter have created & sell at craft fairs; think beaded bracelets, holiday ornaments, painted dominoes, quilt, lace, etc.!
