Motel 6 Troutdale, or - Portland East

We have stayed at this hotel many times before. Since it has become a privately owned hotel it has changed quite a bit. The staff seems to be all new and where the front desk and management may not be as friendly and welcoming as the old staff. The housekeeping staff more than makes up for it. The entire place seemed cleaner and more kept up on. With the price it still can't be beat for a quick night or two.

I cannot believe how helpful clean and amazing the staff the motel and area it’s at is!!! They have help work with me to stay another night because I got my wallet taken while DoorDashing and my brother is in hospital as we speak not doing good at all!!! There the best!!!!

It was very hot and we were you no ac until they switch it over. It was heat only at the time. Don't expect to be able to adequately control you temperature. They were not at all concerned. Otherwise it was a decent place. Didn't feel unsafe. It was calm and chill with adequate room minus nearly 77 degree external temperature which led to the very hot rooms

The a/c didn’t not work in the room. I had to move the microwave multiple times to find an outlet that actually

We needed an ADA accessible room, as I am in a wheelchair. The only rooms offered were on the 2nd floor - and there was no elevator. We cancelled our stay, please make sure my account is not charged.
