Perfect House for Your Wedding Weekend
We booked this house for my bridal party to stay the weekend in Nashville and we could not have been more pleased! The house is a beautiful backdrop for getting ready photos and we had plenty of room for everyone to get their hair and makeup done. The back patio is huge and perfect for spending time with friends.

Cutest House Ever!!
My friends and I were in such awe of the house & location! It was the perfect place to walk around town, then enjoy the evening at the house. It had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Lovely Getaway
We are returning guests to 12 South. Our visit fantastic and has been every time. The home is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly want and then some.
Great getaway for full family or couple. Cute town, lots of boutiques and restaurants to enjoy.
