Tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet yet conveniently located near Snow Trails, Malabar Farm State Park, Mount Jeez, Pleasant Hill Lake, Mohican State Park, Shawshank Redemption and Mid-Ohio Raceway. Call it your home for the night or an extended stay. It's beautiful any time of the year. The space The master bedroom is located on the second floor which includes a comfortable California King size bed, beautiful electric fireplace, and smart television. The main floor consist of the second bedroom with a queen size bed, smart television, and closet. It is close to the main bathroom that features a gorgeous walk in tile shower and oversize LED mirror. The kitchen comes stocked with appliances and the utensils you would expect to find at home. Washer and dryer for you to use as needed. The third bedroom has a full-size bed. Relax in the living room next to the lighted fireplace or choose from one of the three decks outdoors overlooking the surroundings of the property. Move your dinner to the outside dining area or grill your favorite bbq before taking a soak in the new hot tub, it will be hot and ready for your enjoyment. Time moves slower here so sip your coffee next to the creek in the built-in chairs on the hillside. Pull up a seat next to the outside fire pit where you will find an endless pile of firewood provided for you as needed. For the nature/bird watcher enthusiast there are bird boxes throughout the trails and property. Take the time to enjoy the many sounds of nature such as the creek that runs through the entire length of the property. Take a peak at the tenants of the frog pond, whom migrated from the creek. Common wildlife visitors to the property include; wild turkey, deer, blue herring, and ducks just to name a few. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property aside from the garage.
