The hotel is just beside the White House (5 minutes walk), very good location, very convenient to travel, from Reagan Airport to the hotel to live in the Blue Line subway, 10 minutes to arrive, unfamiliar when arriving, Ctrip took the machine 355 Yuan, direct subway to the airport during the return trip ($2.4 per person). Originally booked is no early 2 bed room, then the room is tense, and more than half an hour, replaced by a king bed room (a large bed, a sofa bed), also sent breakfast. Breakfast is also very good. It is recommended that you don't need to buy a sightseeing ticket. It's useless. We bought a two-day sightseeing ticket for 130 days with the recommendation of a lobby attendant. It can be used for a night tour or a boat. It looks like a very favorable offer. The result is up and down four times. The nearest pick-up point is far from the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. In the case of people tired, it is better to spend the money to play Uber.

The restaurant at the Washington Plaza hotel is delicious, affordable & beautiful. But the cherry on top is the amazing service. I rarely love hotel dining but this is a treat. And, the apple martinis Sharda made were to die for! I told her it reminded me why I stopped drinking them - they’re strong & it’s hard to have just one.

Secure access to the floors, complementary breakfast with omelette station, clean comfortable rooms, nice fitness center, fantastic location, friendly and professional staff. Many restaurants within 10 -15 minute walk. Very enjoyable and convenient stay. Thank you!

I came with my bike and since I couldn't take my wheels off (I didn't have tools for this) I was told to LEAVE IT OUTSIDE, because ”those are the rules”. There is plenty of space inside to leave it, and I was quite concerned about leaving it overnight parked outside, but the front desk didn't budge at all and refused to even consider letting me bring it in, even just for the night. I offered many different compromises, like bringing it in late in the evening and getting it out early in the morning, to take up minimal space during the day, and they still refused. They took the rules so seriously that it basically amounted to an insult to the guest (me). Imagine, you bring your bike and politely request to bring it in just for the night, and they say ”wel sir, rules are rules so I'm afraid I can't let you do that.” Honestly unbelievable. Stay away. Horribly managed, nazis about rules.

The hotel I booked was wrong and I booked it in the late afternoon after searching on Trip.com. Thank you for the confirmation email. It was a decent watch for a taxi and the facilities and service was good. One thing was a bit embarrassing because the location and the name are different. I would appreciate your name correction.

Abdul provided great service at Lady Madison. He was friendly, helpful and made our experience enjoyable. The hotel itself is dated and old. There was someone else’s hair in our shower. The rooms smell musty. The online photos are deceiving for the actual room quality

You have to come to Infamy omg! it was so wonderful we had the best service ever from Donna, Luca, Iyana… we hung around for a few hours and had amazing cocktails and wonderful service, Chris the manager came over to offer us a last call at 1130 just to make sure we were happy the whole staff gives off excellent energy and really engages with us

Decent but overpriced convention hotel. No reason to stay there otherwise at those prices. The reservation system is inept and affected the whole stay. It took me 35 minutes on the phone and three representatives to drop one night at the end of my reservation and add one at the front end. I went from three nights to three nights, but no one seemed to know how to do that. So they made a separate reservation for the first night, which increased my cost. After my first night there, I got a call at 4pm asking when I was going to vacate the room on the first day there, and they were surprised when I said ”Saturday” because I had two more nights. There was no housekeeping on that first day until I complained around 6 PM. Then I got an email bill for the last two nights, even though I stayed and was charged for three. Two more calls to fix that, so I got the bill for the first night--which was inaccurate. Way too much of my time was spent fixing what should have been easy--even if there are internal reasons for this, the bottom line is what the customer sees. Bad customer service--for well over $1000 dollars. Not up to Marriott standards.

The decoration looks like an old-fashioned hotel, so the facilities are a little bit worse. But the room is big enough, the health is good, there is a coffee machine, and the customer service staff are also very polite. It takes about ten minutes to get to the station.

The staff is amazing. It was raining one night while walking to dinner and the front desk gave me her own personal umbrella to use. Our flight was cancelled and booking an extra night stay was very easy and the staff was so accommodating. The rooms were great too. There is no view, but the layout of the rooms are pretty great and quiet. The ”06” rooms are the best in the hotel and I would request this room on any floor. The location is a block from metro stations. Also walking distance to white house and many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
