I liked hotel's location & cleanliness. Some nearby free 'on street' parking was available. Walls are a bit thin so conversations from neighboring units will be heard. Room was well equipped & larger than average. Only real issue was with electronic door locks. I paid for early check in but couldn't get in at designated time due to hotel-wide issue with doing locks. I got in relatively quickly but other guests were locked out for hours. Based on other reviews, there are a lot of issues with their door lock system. Regardless, I'd consider staying here again.

The place was not what I was told or confirmed. It was supposed to be a King suite with a King Bed and a bed in a couch. It was a room with a double bed. It was on the first floor and very noisy due to street noise, noise from the elevator across the hall and loud closing doors from the entrance/exit of the hall. It also did not even have an antenna for the TV (they gave a ROKU) but no cable, no antenna (nothing even attached), some things did not work and they did not clean the place one time in a week. They did not explain how to open the door (which is complicated), nor provide supplies (like clean towels after the first day, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.)

Noisy and unacceptable The people next door to us were noisy all night long and you could hear it through the walls. When we spoke to the night manager about it, she just knocked once and nothing was resolved. Worst stay ever at a Wyndham hotel ever! How do I get a refund?!

Was charged multiple times for one reservation Overall appearance was nice. The toilet in one of the bedroom bathrooms didn't work. Had it fixed twice and after one flushing stop working each time, so I just gave up on calling. The worse part about my stay was that I was charged 5 different times for my stay. Twice upon arrival, then again at checkout as well as 3 different incidental charges. When I asked for clarification and resolution at the front desk, the person was new and couldn't help me. I was referred to managements EMAIL! As far as I'm concerned all but one the charge's are valid and the rest are fraudulent. I will be disputing with my bank. I would only recommend this property if you are willing to be charged extra for your stay. Ridiculous that know one knows why I was charged so many times. Obviously they didn't know what they were doing because if they would have seen that room charges were paid at check-in I shouldn't have had any additional room charges.

Overall, my stay was okay.. great for a last minute trip. However the incidental fee is pretty high and it is currently still pending a month later. The customer service isn’t the greatest.

The place was very clean, it had a kitchen / fridge and all of that making it optimal for people staying for a few days of visit. Within 30 minutes walk, you reach the Capitol which I think is close. I had a rather negative experience with the room though. The key code provided was not working and I was told no problem, will be back with a new key. 30 minutes later, I can the front desk and end to have someone different who answers me and felt even annoyed telling me to be patient and it will take a few more minutes. 45 minutes later I call again. This time I am told the general manager is the only one who can generate a hew code and she drove home which is 40 minutes from the place. I had to wait again another 15-20 minutes before the guy comes with a new code (which again did not work) then eventually we got the right one. Shall I have been told in the first place that it would take more than an hour, I would have planned differently - false information made me miss a business dinner. Transparency please!
