Need a better emergency system in case of blackout. We were with no electricity from Thursday 4am and we left today still today. It was a horrible experience and we were awaked at the middle of the night twice to go to the from oo the hotel just to tell us everything was pk and we walked back to

Check in office on 8th floor; had read about this in advance so was an easy arrival. Very friendly staff.
Spacious room/suite with 2 x large, modern TVs. Bed very comfortable and modern technology for charging gadgets on both sides of bed. Sofa in sitting room a bit to firm and TV too high for viewing comfort.
Shower pressure a bit weedy and temp control temperamental, erring on the cool side. At end of each day, sink tap water never got especially hot.
Good breakfast offerings including chef to make individual omelettes etc. Other hot & cold fayre was average.
Evening basic dining available with a friendly bar.

Great location to walk around. The hotel staffs constantly communicate to make sure your needs; spacious suite; comfy bed; feel like little your own apartment. Great breakfast with great service feel like you sitting outdoor restaurant. Hope com back again!

This property was very clean. I enjoyed happy hour where you get 2 complimentary alcoholic beverages between the hours of 5:30-7. the breakfastI was really good my husband enjoyed the made to order omelet. We also enjoyed the indoor hot tub, after the long day of walking around. I would definitely stay at this property again!

I'm sorry but I don't know why this place is rated so highly. The breakfast is poor (aside from the omelet station), and everything is stale. The rooms are old (but big!). The staff are honestly a little uncaring and cold. My TV didn't work. Last night, I had a pair beside me partying very loudly all night, walls are paper thin, and when I tried to call the front desk -- the line was engaged for over an hour and I never got through??? Just a horrible experience.
