Lovely room and decorations, with free toothbrush and slippers. Clean, modern.. just that you need about 15 mins walk to subway. Free fruit at front desk and water at lobby. Pool on rooftop!

Great! Nice safe neighborhood. Close walk to restaurants, bars, and a park. The hotel was clean, beautiful and staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The hotel is definitely posh and has a nice coffee bar and restaurant/ bar. Beautiful outdoor area as well. Would definitely stay again! The front desk man from Argentina had a wonderful personality and provided great recommendations and answered all our questions. I believe his name was Luis.

Hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Amenities fee, although explained upfront, is absurd-as is the automatic 18% gratuity fee to ensure "fair wage" for staff. Er, pay your staff a fair wage...? You don't *have* to only pay staff minimum wage or what have you. Regardless, all staff were incredibly helpful and polite. When I had been waiting at the BPM coffee for a few minutes, a staff person cleaning ran and grabbed someone to help me.
Rooms are HUGE-do not skimp on air or hot water. The bathroom amenities smell incredible. I would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at this property before and must say that this time (where I had my whole family - 3 rooms) over multiple days was not as good as previous experience.
My assigned room was very small (don't get a room at end of hallway) and the front desk service consistency ranged from excellent to sarcastic and condescending.
