Room was clean. Maid service was prompt and excellent. The Garden Cafe was extremely convenient for breakfast and an early start. The one complaint I have: we called the front desk to ask where the Ice machine was. We were told that they would send ice up to the room. The ice never arrived.

Though the furniture in the room is a little bit old, the room is very spacious with a small kitchen and dining area. Everything is very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the University of Washington and a ten-minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial Reflection Lake. The rooms are not big or luxurious, but the facilities are very clean and functional, and the shower water is also large.
