On August 16, 2022 we had a king suite as a walk in off the road after 12 hours of driving. We were unable to locate a vacancy earlier in the evening in Cincinnati due to a tennis tournament which we are thankful for. In saying that it met our needs but that is all. The room when we arrived was dirty looking. We discovered a mildew look to the shower curtain. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom floor. The sink has a crack in it next to the drain. The drain was a flexible hose that was clamped to the bottom of the sink and the pipe at the wall. Someone used a rubber strap to make a P trap in it to keep out the sewer gasses. The jacuzzi cover was cracked with the edge coming apart. The carpet up the steps to the jacuzzi were coming of the base. The head board to the bed had built in drawers with the left bottom one being damaged as the door was not attached. The top cross brace of the headboard had 2 screws loose and sticking out. There were several areas of plaster and carpet damage around the room. The area over the pull out couch/bed had evidence of the roof leaking. The mattress on the King size bed was very soft, too soft even. Think of getting into bed and sinking making it difficult to get back out of bed. The free breakfast was sufficient and reasonably good it did seem however to not be stocked or kept up well. I am not sure how they can still advertise and 8.1 rating on their door in its current condition. I am sure with some money and time invested it would be really nice again and perhaps even worth the $109 a night plus tax they charged us. In this condition $59.95 would be a stretch.
