I stayed at this motel i absolutely loved my stay. The manager is very accommodating, and sweet. All the staff are absolutely amazing people. They made me feel like home away from home. I felt very comfortable and safe. They are very friendly and make you feel like family. I would definitely recommend staying there i can't wait to go back.

Been there many Times before. Our worst experience. This was our Go to place in Wasaga Beach. Walkable distance to the main Beach, Bbqs, pitfires. This was a family place. I was so happy to make the place known to my relatives I even booked 2 rooms this Time. Was a deception when my friend, on the other rooms, textes us around midnight, the first night, to tell she had a living coacroch in her fridge. Couldn’t sleep all night as I was looking everywhere in our room. I was already disapoointed as it was filthy and we found a lot of spiders and other insects. The cofee manger has an old moldy filter, there also was a yellow sticky substance in the fridge. As I had already been there at least 5 Times before, I knew was I was supposed to be expecting. We left the first morning. I had booked for 3 nights and only spent one where I could not sleep. Asked for a refund, offered to discuss any compensation. This was denied to us. Never again

There were lots stains/other things on the sheets, blankets and mattresses blood, urine, boogers, scabs, hair, bed bugs and feces. When I expressed that we were all feeling very uncomfortable and don't want to stay the night I got yelled at / sworn at by the women that answered the phone for the motel. She told me if I had noticed right away she could've done something but then said what do I expect it's Wasaga beach and I said not to sleep in other people's blood, urine, boogers, scabs, hair, bed bugs and feces. I asked her if she would sleep in all of that and she said no because clearly that is a safety/comfort issue. All that they offered was another place to stay in that had all of the same issues listed above but also a very serious privacy issue. We found that someone was staying in the crawlspace underneath us and they came out into where we were staying whilst we were all sleeping either spying on us or stealing from us. We all woke up terrified and not understanding why someone was inside a place I paid to stay in privately especially since it was creepy and in the middle of the night. There was a meth addict that had hung a dead bird on the tree outside by its neck with dental floss that we almost walked into beside the kids playground. The meth addict screamed and swore at us then fell on her dog. 2 police cars and an ambulance spent hours trying to arrest and remove her from the motel after she had been screaming at the top of her lungs all day. There was also a fire alarm going off during the entire stay just outside my room that I had to listen to from the time I got there.

We stayed for 4 nights. Checkin was easy and they had the room ready early. It is very well located to walk to the main beach and attractions. It is a place to sleep and has full kitchen facilities. The room was clean and had all the amenities as described. There is a laundry room to access towels and sheets as needed. The rooms are like little cottages and as such they have cottage like dishes and so forth. There are bbq faculties and fire pits. The new owner is working incredibly hard to make the place a home away from home. Very accommodating and addresses all issues as they come up. The reviews were concerning but we did not have any issues. If you need 5 star accommodations you will find faults, however if you are ok with older facilities it’s great! Good luck and thank you! We gave 5 stars based on the service and experience and will stay again. Thank you for the great time!

The other reviewer wayne isn’t wrong. Except the lady that yelled at us had teeth, but perhaps not eyelids as she never blinked as she yelled and swore at us. We payed almost $500 for the night for 3 bedrooms. It looked like they were doing renovations which is good for them and we didn’t mind some mid renovation rooms. The beach is close and the towels and kitchen were clean, but that is where it ended. Our bedding had serious stains on all levels, so when we checked under them before we went to bed we saw large marks from what looked like extreme blood and bodily fluid problems. Two of the mattresses had this problem and actually smelled sick. We didn’t notice until 1230 at night when we went to go to bed. We called the management and they complained that it was late and they weren’t on site to be able to help us. We asked for a refund and the lady started swearing at my friend saying that it is a party town. What did we expect? $h!+ and p!$$ party town. Eventually they sent someone over who was going to give us two other rooms at the sketchy motel. We said we wanted a refund so they said they actually had newly renovated cabins. They gave us a cabin that sleeps 12 with tvs and kitchens. We took it to find the sheets were not cleaned again, with scabs in the one and stains on the other and some of the absolute worst mattresses I have ever slept on. I know it is a party town, but we still deserve sanitary clean bedding mattresses and bedding. If you care to read further, there was a dead bird with a broken neck hanging from a tree by dental floss; an alarm in the dumpster that was going off outside our window the entire time we were there; and our room was attached to the office that had an open sign flashing with no one there. So people came to us looking for check in. Even the police came to us looking for the staff that worked there for when they needed to deal with one of the guests. I am glad for great friends as we were ok contemplating sleeping in our cars in the Walmart parking lot on my friends birthday.

Room was cozy for 2, air conditioner, kitchen, toaster, kettle, stove, fridge etc. Original room was occupied, but ended getting an end unit, which was quiet. Fire pit, and grill but bring your own wood, and tank, or you pay fee. Check out was 11 am. wifi, but no tv use.
